I hired Ivana to help me decorate and purchase furniture for my completely empty house straight from the builder. She has transformed it in a way I could of only dreamed of. She has never imposed her own artistic choices on me, and only gave me suggestions according to my taste. This was not the case when I interviewed another designer who had a completely different vision for my home from what I wanted. We gutted our second floor appt and designed an open concept living room/kitchen area that would fit the needs of our growing family. I was 30 weeks pregnant and we were on a very fixed budget and an even tighter timeline. Obviously we wanted to get the most bang for our buck. I am an income property owner and used iM Interior Design to help with a back-to-the studs renovation of a six unit building that I own in Cabbagetown. Ivana designed the floor layout of each of the six units, selected and purchased all of the kitchen, bathroom, closet, lighting, hardware and flooring elements and advised on paint colours and other finishes. As well as being extremely efficient and organized, Ivana has wonderful taste and tremendous design flair.
