We recently had our kitchen cabinets, center island, our family room that has book cases and a fireplace mantel all repainted. During the process we added some other areas that needed painting. The quote given to us was a very fair price. The owner, Bob, and Rosie, who manages the office, were very attentive, helpful and accommodating to our last minute change of start dates. This was very appreciated by us since we ran in to an emergency during the original start date. The workmen were very good. They always arrived on time and were very neat, clean , quiet and efficient during the entire process. We also had used Benjamin Moore in the past but the owner from IM Painting, Bob, suggested an even better one that will wear very well. There was no pressure in our choice but in the end we decided to go with Bob's suggestion and happy we did. The paint match color that we had requested was also the exact match to the original. The paint so far has held up very well and we are happy with our newly re-painted kitchen cabinets. They look Brand New. Thank you to Bob, Rosi and the entire IM team.

IM Painting did a wonderful job at all aspects of the house painting job. I reserved a start date about a month in advance and they started promptly on that date. My house had spots of dry rot that were pointed out to me and estimated for repair. Those unexpected add on jobs were completed as agreed. We Just had the interior of ourhome painted by the IM Painting crew. The process was totally professional and they brought their considerable expertise to the table on paint recommendations for cabinets vs walls, etc. The result was a much more attractive paint job than we would have had without their recommendations. They also did a great job installing new cabinet pulls and knobs, including filling and re-drilling doors to accommodate new knobs. IM painting painted the entire interior of my home as I was getting it ready to sell. They did a great job and they were very quick, granted the home was vacant. The estimate from IM Painting was very clear and detailed and it is exactly what I paid. I obtained one other estimate from a painting company my neighbor had used and that company was almost double the cost and very vague. I specified the exact brand, color and sheen to be used and it appears IM did everything correctly, that's a first for me! I would definitely use IM painting again if I'm in the market for painting.

This is a well organized painting company from ownership to the painter. They responded quickly to my request for an estimate which I considered competitive and timely advised me of the details necessary to begin the project of painting 600 sq.ft of living room/dining area ceiling, The scheduler notified me the date, time and composition of the painting team I should expect. The team proved to be highly efficient as they taped off the adjacent areas with minimal disturbance to the fixtures in the two rooms. The product looks great and i would not hesitate to call on IM Painting. again.

At HomeAdvisors.com, I submitted a Request for Quotes for our Exterior Painting project for a duplex in Laguna Beach. Of the companies that did respond and met with me to walk the property, IM Painting was by far the most professional and up-front about the work involved and total scope of the project. Once on site, the crew was excellent and efficient. They did proper and thorough prep work - scraping, patching, masking off, etc. If there were any questions, they did not hesitate to ask. High quality workmanship. The guys were consistently on time, the job was completed when expected, and they were pleasant to deal with. They painted several fixtures and wainscot, which is not always easy to do, and the work looks fabulous.

IM Painting performed exterior painting on the eaves and trim on our house, and varnished and coated a large pergola in our yard. They were very professional in the sales process and the work. The pergola presented some non-trivial challenges, and Damian took the time to research and present alternate approaches - very much appreciated. Ignacio was the primary painter on the job, and everything turned out great, it was done in a timely manner, and the clean-up was thorough. I'll be using them in the future and can comfortably recommend them.

All in all IM Painting did a fantastic, job. We had a bit of a mixup with the original estimate needing to be adjusted but after talking things over with the owner, he and I came to a very amicable resolution. The painters were very cautious about covering and taping before they sprayed the exterior of my building. They were good at cleaning up at each day's end. I worked with Reid to paint 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and entry way, replace the bedroom crown molding, repair some drywall and I'm so glad I chose IM Painting. The house looks beautiful, and they were able to complete the project as scheduled and were flexible when I had to make some changes to the original estimate. IM Painting did a very professional paint job of my house. They spent time listing to my requirements and implemented them in the paint job. They were very cooperative and realistic with coping with the unusual rains that occurred this year. A company representative visited the site and checked that the work as described and agreed to by me was being done. Much of the original paint had to be scraped off leaving a lot of paint pieces everywhere. After the painting was completed the company cleaned up the debris and left the site very clean. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We hired IM Painting 2 years ago to paint the complete interior, and exterior of our Laguna Niguel house, 4 bed rooms / 3 baths 3,000 sq.ft. They were not the cheapest out of the 4 bids we received, however, they were the most professional in their approach and guaranties. We hired them, and as promised, they did a great job. Colors were spot on, painters were professional and neat, and they did a great clean up job upon completion. We couldn't have been more happy, end of story, right? Now, 6 months ago we noticed our exterior paint, tan body with white trim, the tan body was turning pink, yes, pink. We called IM Painting to discuss options. The folks there were very receptive to our challenge, listen to my displeasure with the turning color, and acted quickly. With in a few days of my call, I received a copy of an email, with photos of my house attached,( we didn't even know they were out taking the photos), to a paint manufacturer, and IM Painting asking them to look at the the problem, and formulate solution. Through the diligence of IM Painting, the paint manufacturer guaranteed their product, and instructed IM painting to go ahead, and repaint the entire exterior of our house at their cost, and also upgrade the paint to their highest quality. This to me is what great customer service is all about, not just doing a great job originally, but standing behind your work, when, to no fault of your, products fail. The professionals at IM Painting, and I, scheduled a good time to repaint. They were prompt, on time and completed the work as scheduled. They brought out a great team of professional painters, and did an amazing job. My house is beautiful again, in the correct color, and envy of all my neighbors. Of course, the best end to this story is it absolutely cost us NOTHING. We are IM Painting customers for life, and I highly recommend them for all anyone's painting needs. I have to say that IM Painting did an excellent job on all our exterior trim work. From the prepping, to the repairing of damage of the window sills, to the actual painting. They sprayed on the finish so it looked as though it was baked on! But the most incredible thing they did was paint our Pella aluminum sliding glass doors that had been chalking heavily after 30 years of exposure to ocean air. They washed them down with a solvent, put a special primer on, and sprayed on a new finish to match the window color my wife selected. They look brand new!

Of the 6 painters who came out to our house to submit their bid, only IM Painting took up the challenge. Not only did Bob Belhumeur (owner) delivered what he promised, the painter he sent did a very detailed, meticulous job, on schedule. With an architect mindset, I clearly laid out my requirements: spray and back-roll 2 coats (1st coat dry then apply 2nd coat) of Benjamin Moore Aura (@$66+ per gallon) on the entire house, except glass panes and roof tiles. Aura is a finicky paint to apply outdoor, especially spray-and-backroll on a dry summer day. Only the most seasoned, experienced painters dare to take up this challenge, yet charging competitively. Bob’s estimate was precise, honest; his knowledge/experience unparalleled. His $bid reasonable, his work – magnifique, ou~la~la ! Just remind Bob to bring a porta-loo for his crew and pair Luis, the meticulous painter, with a ‘good’ helper.

IM Painting has done work for me three times. The first time I used them they painted the exterior of my home and the adobe walls around our backyard. I was so pleased with results and received may complements from my neighbors and requests for their cards. They were efficient, clean and finished the job on time. The second and third times they worked for me they painted rooms in the interior of our home: kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, entry, hallways upstairs and down, office and three bedrooms. The work was perfect, and when they left each night they cleaned up tarps, put away paint etc. so we didn't have a mess at night. The next morning they would come in, set up, and continue painting. Again, they were efficient and listened to and answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend IM Painting, will be using them again.

They were very professional & had a clear vision of what I was looking for. I was very happy with the painting of the exterior of my home done by IM Painting. I received quotes from several different companies but chose IM Painting, even though they were the most expensive, because they seemed the most thorough and knowledgable. After going over the initial quote, I really felt that they would do the best job. They took care to prep the house appropriately and correct all of the wood rot issues they found. The painters were kind and professional and the quality of their work was very good. They were also pretty punctual each day and were close to sticking with the initial time line they proposed. They quoted me six or seven days when they first arrived and ultimately finished their work in about eight days. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is because the cost was still a little bit high, some of our patio furniture was not put back in its place when the job was completed and not all of the hardware on our front door was put back in place in the end. Overall, though, we are very happy with the painting job that was done. Thanks!

The exterior of the house was painted. This included a power wash, prep and some minor repairs, painting got stucco / wood trim / doors. The crew was pleasant to work with and provide very good service.

I needed my painting project done ASAP, as I was expecting a ton of weekend guests. I found IM Painting via web search. Called and they came out that day for an estimate. John was terrific. They scheduled the project within a few days. I needed my back fence painted before hosting the event, as it was just unsightly. The guys did a fantastic job, scrapped the pealing top, sanded, primed and rolled on oil-based paint. It was done quickly, and professionally. The pricing was also very reasonable. One more added note . . . the fence was next to a massive landscaping project that I had just completed, so I needed special care that the new plants weren't trampled on. Not a single broken leaf! Contacted IM Painting to repair stucco on a rental property in Irvine, CA. Since we live out of state, it was important to work with a company we could trust. We had IM Painting paint one of our homes in the past, and the work was done in a professional way, on time, and at the price they quoted.
