He actually kind of talked me out of it given its complexity, but I really appreciated that openness up front (even though it would have been better for his business to say "no problem" and take the work). Paul was very clear about the work and cost. He was very honest which is key. Would recommend Paul!

Paul brought the vision that my husband and I had for our kitchen renovations to life through incredibly thorough plans -- both traditional floor plans and 3D elevation renderings. He was very patient throughout the process, spending several hours with us in our first consultation to fully tour our home, understand our style, discuss the vision, address potential obstacles, and make recommendations. His first draft of the plans were a perfect representation of all we discussed and really only required a few more tweaks after the fact. Our contractor was also very impressed with Paul's work and specifically commented on how unusual it is to see an architect recognize and call out the need for additional floor support due to the weight of a large island. I would 100% recommend Paul to anyone in search of a first-class architect.

Paul provided great direction on how to achieve everything on our must have list and inspired additions we hadn't considered. He always made himself available and was easy to get in contact with. We ended up not going with that contractor, and was a little worried that it would impact our project, but it did not at all. He was professional, took our input and remained within the timeline and budget we had agreed to. I highly recommend Paul for your upcoming renovation!(The project cost range selected was for the cost of Paul, the renovation construction costs were approximately $150k)
