I had wonderful service ordering the laminated panel shower system from Innovate Building Solutions from start to finish. I live in South Carolina and everything went smoothly ordering from Ohio. I received samples of the paneling in about 4 days which included two sets of 5” square blocks of the paneling with the interlocking edges. Having the 5” samples made it easy to pick which finish I wanted. I also received a quote right up front so I could decide whether I was interested in buying the shower system. The shipping was less than three weeks and every thing was received in excellent condition. The laminate panels are beautiful. It is not installed yet because of finding unexpected not built to code problems. I will be sending pictures in as soon as it is installed.

I contacted Innovate Building Solutions - an authorized dealer for Fibo Wall Systems, which is waterproof paneling I was interested in using for our master bath project. Staff not only responded quickly to my request for samples but also set up several calls with me to answer questions about Fibo and pricing. Staff were at all times knowledgeable, professional and curteous.

We purchased a glass block & Fibo wall surround shower from IBS for our 30+ year old home. We worked with Ryan Kean in the Columbus office and were very happy with his help throughout the project. Ryan helped with the layout of what we had in mind & turnaround on final designs for our approval & manufacturing of shower base were very quick. Everything was delivered packed with all necessary materials (grout, screws, trim etc) in the crate. As experienced DIY'ers we found the various installation videos on Innovates site & YouTube very helpful. My husband & I were able to put the shower together with help from our adult son with very few hiccups (mostly due to unfamiliarity with the product & no wall ever being truly square!) The shower turned out exactly as we hoped & is beautiful & comfortable to use. We are very happy we found Innovate Building Supply and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new bathroom.

I ordered the Fibo panels and a custom glass block window from Innovate and everything looks fantastic. The phone consultations with Terry and email follow up with their folks guided me perfectly. And the online video resources they have really sold me on working with them, I watched every one. My installer had never worked with Fibo but got everything he needed with the shipment, and the install videos were so helpful and clear to follow. The glass block really brightens up the bathroom and the alcove around that wall. Ron was very helpful and offered great advice for the window. The materials for the whole project are quality, upfront pricing was very clear, and the experience working with Innovate was great.

I ordered my shower kit in February. It is now the last day of April and I am finally finished. Worked on my shower when I had time. I am completely satisfied with the results and the quality of all the materials. I laugh at all those companies saying they can do one in a day. It is faster using fibo panels instead of tile, but there is no way you’ll have good results being in a hurry. I am glad that I made the call to Innovitive building solutions. Their products are of high quality.

After extricating myself from the contract with one of those “a new bathroom in one day” firms, I began the process to find the materials for a first rate bathroom at something less than the $25,000 I had been quoted. One of the contractors I contacted had mentioned he used Fibo, and after searching on “the google” I found Innovate Building Solutions in Ohio. I really liked the locking system of the panels and the wide choice of shower pans. After watching a couple videos, I was impressed with the 100% waterproof system. I was quite sure they would tell me they only dealt with contractors (all those “one day” firms appear to use their own proprietary materials, and heaven help you if you ask what the individual components cost). I was thrilled when I found out that individuals are welcome at Innovate Building Solutions, and they have a terrific website to help with the planning and purchasing. Michelle guided me through the entire process and quickly sent out samples of the panels I was interested in. I made my choice, and the materials were on the way. Since my small town is located 60 miles from the nearest larger town, I figured it would be multiple weeks before they arrived. They actually would have been on site in two weeks if not for the “every other week” delivery for the final leg. The contractor who was rebuilding the shower had already demoed and prepared the 4’x3’ zero entry shower. The French drain shower pan went down, and a plumber helped to redirect the center drain to the front. It is reinforced with steel in case I need to use a wheelchair in the future. The locking system for the panels worked really well, although there is a bit of a learning curve. However, with all the available videos, the contractor (who doesn’t do showers but was willing to do this) was able to finish the shower in approx. 24 hours, all in. I had located and purchased the fixtures on my own, finding materials that were far superior to what I had been offered by “the other guys”. They all assist in helping with my disability. The finished shower is just wonderful: 3’x4’ is the perfect size to handle my disability. It’s just like Goldilocks, not to big, not too small, just right. Best of all, the final cost, all in, was just a shade over $8000, and thanks to Innovate Building Solutions, it is far superior to what I could have had. My husband and I couldn’t be happier.

We purchased shower walls and shower doors for both of our bathrooms. The remodel looked even better than anticipated. Extremely high end quality like you would find at a resort. Very satisfied with the showers and for anyone looking to make a change to their bathrooms we would definitely recommend. Customer service was exceptional as well.

The entire experience with Innovate Building Solutions was fantastic, from start to finish. We were looking for a Murphy Wall Bed and had spent time looking into purchasing and installing one on our own, but the process felt a little daunting with something that really needs to be installed carefully and securly. We met with Mike and he gave us great options for a Murphy Wall Bed that fit our room perfectly and the price was fair as well. We got everything scheduled promptly and the communication was clear and timely while we waited for the custom unit to be created and leading up to the install. On the day of the install, everything went as planned, the crew was efficient, communicative and took great care in keeping the areas of our home they were working in clean and protected. The finished product is amazing, I am so glad we contacted Mike and his team for this project.

Innovate Building Solutions is your best bet if your planning a bathroom remodel. Mike Foti and his team are knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I might add that they are also patient with customers, like me, who research everything to death before making a decision. We installed Fibo panels for our tub/shower enclosure and are very happy with them. It was the first time my contractor worked with the materials and Innovate was always available to answer questions. Installation was quick and relatively easy.
