We recently completed a multi-room renovation with our designer Allie Mann at Case Architects & Remodelers, and the results are truly beyond our wildest expectations. Allie took on a massive scope, including adding a powder room, updating the primary bedroom, expanding the primary bathroom, and creating two walk-in closets - and managed to bring a cohesive, luxury feel to every single square inch. Her eye for detail is unmatched; she transformed our dated bedroom into a serene oasis while finding ingenious ways to maximize every bit of space in our new walk-in closets. In the powder room, her bold design choices created a moody, brilliant wow factor that guests can’t stop complimenting. Allie is not only a visionary designer but a collaborative partner who listened to our needs and guided us through every selection with patience and expertise. Our experience with Allie involved a complete kitchen and powder room design and remodel. She took our family's existing space and transformed it beyond our wildest expectations. Allie's creativity, vision and beaming personality made the project such a pleasure. She made us feel very integrated in the design, while applying her incredible expertise. Allie and the whole team at CASE made our home renovation dream come true! From the very beginning of the process, we felt listen to and supported, as we had never embarked on a project this big before. Allie was extremely collaborative, always open to our ideas and helped shape what would be the best option for our brand new kitchen/powder room. We recently purchased a two-level condo and needed more bookshelves. Allie designed a bookcase unit cleverly utilizing the wall space below the stairs and concealing the unsightly double-door entry to a storage closet and water heater. Her design allows the center section of the bookcase to slide out for access to the closet and water heater which was essential. We found Allie to be very enthusiastic and creative and enjoyed working with her on the design and execution of the project from beginning to end. We also appreciated her friendliness and professionalism in dealing with all aspects of the project. She answered all our questions and was willing to make changes when required. The craftsmen at Case did a great job turning Allie's design into reality. They produced a well-crafted bookcase unit that is both beautiful and functional. We highly recommend Allie Mann and Case to anyone who has remodeling needs.

Allie is extremely professional and a really outstanding listener. She has a fantastic eye for color and texture and is just so good at formulating great options and ideas. On top of being a talented designer she is so fun to work with!

We had the great pleasure of working with Case Design and Remodeling Designer Allie Mann on our recent kitchen renovation. Our kitchen was completely gutted, the space plan reconfigured, utilities moved within the space, and the two entryways to the kitchen were widened and reworked. We found Allie to be exceptionally creative and Innovative in problem-solving space maximizing options that were in keeping with our lifestyle and our desired outcome. After a few initial discussions, Allie generated drawings for several possible concepts that we helped to refine with her, so that we all (as a group) had a firm idea of the desired outcome. Allie helped us to not get overwhelmed by the design process by walking us through it a bit at a time as necessary, so that we weren’t forced to try to make too many decisions at once and also helped us to narrow the choices we had to consider at every step. It was especially helpful to have her assistance to remind us of the necessary timelines for decisions, but, notably, she was always extremely respectful of the amount and value of our time. Allie helpfully came to the project with all of the necessary positive and productive relationships with vendors we needed to assist with our project and she, importantly, never lost sight of us in the design style so our result was a truly custom kitchen reflective of our aesthetic. We can’t say enough great things about Allie and her considerable talent.

I put all my confidence in Allie while she worked on my kitchen renovation and wasn't disappointed. Sometimes the choices for picking out our kitchen cabinetry, counter color, hardware, etc. was so overwhelming, I would just exhale and say "Whatever Allie wants!" Allie is very talented and passionate about her projects. She has an eye for aesthetics but also knows the math behind what goes on the paper plan. She made suggestions (spice rack, wine shelf, etc.) that I never would have thought of myself. I like her proactive approach to my kitchen. This was a challenging project, as my kitchen was built in 1927 and is oddly shaped. There were so may moving parts but it all came together beautifully. I am thankful to Allie and her stellar team everyday when I go down to my kitchen to enjoy breakfast, mix drinks after work or just sit and read the paper. Gizem Ozkaya (Project Developer) and Allie Mann (Designer) were the best!!! Gizem and Allie listened to all of our wishes, big and small, and designed us a remarkable kitchen that meets all of our dreams. They even went shopping with us which made what could have been a painful experience (especially for my husband) most enjoyable. They were very patient with us during the multiple design sessions helping us get things just right. We really have nothing but the best to say about Case Design and the entire process. Everyone was extremely professional, even during the pandemic. Yes, construction on our kitchen (and other first floor upgrades) began in March when the world shut down. While we all worked through some ups and downs, what resulted is a fabulous kitchen that we couldn’t be happier with. Thank you both very much!!

We just finished our kitchen remodel working with Allie Mann and Case Design. I can’t say enough about how wonderful she was to work with (and the whole Case crew). Not only is she very creative, she is also a problem solver—something very important when you are working with a home built in 1925! Allie truly listened to my needs and desires well and understood my design aesthetic, so I never felt pushed to go in a direction I wasn’t really excited about. She kept the process from becoming overwhelming, on track, was patient when we trekked all over the place to make sure I was happy with our countertop choices, and most importantly, she was very fun to work with. She always has a positive attitude and was sensitive to our schedule and lives outside the renovation. It was great to know we could rely on her design sense and her input on decisions. Working with Allie made the renovation a great experience and we couldn’t be happier with the final product.

We hired Allie to remodel our two bathrooms and she did a fabulous job!! Allie Mann is an excellent designer who not only knows design but also is extremely knowledgeable about the products used in a bathroom remodel. Gustav did excellent work and cleaned up the site every day keeping noise and mess to a real minimum. My husband was very concerned about the shower head and Allie chose exactly the right one. We are very very happy!
