We love the experience working with the I Remodel and Design Team for our kitchen and basement bathroom project. We purchased a new home and needed larger space for the kitchen. The I Remodel and Design team came up with a 2 ft addition in the kitchen to accommodate the island. We also re-arranged the basement for the laundry space and new full size bathroom. I Remodel and Design worked on 3D models and high resolution rendering to help us visualize the final result based on our selection which helped us tremendously to make the decisions. They were responsive, listened to our needs and mainly very experienced to overcome challenges during the project. Work quality stands out and all the team members were very friendly and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend I Remodel and Design for anyone looking to remodel their home.

We used i Remodel & Design for a Kitchen & Laundry room remodel. They were referred to us by a friend and we are grateful for the reference. Working with Tim and his team was great from the first consultations to the final inspection. Tim was always ready to answer any questions or find solutions to issues along the way. The team worked very hard all day for weeks straight and it shows. The craftmanship is amazing; the attention to detail was great; the professionalism all around made an otherwise intimidating process quite easy. We will use i Remodel & Design in the future.

We requested quotes from four other companies to extend the side of our garage, which all four said there wasn't enough money in the project for them and this was a project over $25K. We finally found Tim, and he graciously accepted the project. We had two other big projects going on at the same time, which required a lot of flexibility from Tim to complete his project. The workmanship was fantastic, the crews were very professional, and we're extremely happy with the finished project. Tim was very responsive and even took on more projects and changes we requested while in the middle of this project. His flexibility was key to the success.. We strongly recommend Tim and his crews!

Tim and his crew took on our project within 24 hours of contacting them, at significantly less than what we were quoted by other comparable teams. The project was done within two days and looks perfect. We plan on using them for future projects and they definitely earned their A+ BBB rating and five star reviews!

We got a referral from our friends who hired iRemodel & Design to do their kitchen--which is now gorgeous. iRemodel renovated our master bathroom, jack and jill bathroom and our laundry/mudroom. We are thrilled with the results. Our point of contact was Tim K., but everyone we worked with there was professional and courteous and best of all, came with lots of ideas from experience. The choices can be overwhelming, so having some recommendations was super helpful to me. The craftsmanship is/was top notch. Everyone who has seen our new rooms comments on how amazing they look. I LOVE our master bath, and our new laundry room is actually a functional space now! The project was on budget and on time, and only extended at times because we were traveling or had company in town. They made sure everything was exactly to our liking (punch list) before sending a final invoice. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience working with i Remodel and Design to upgrade our house. Tim, the owner was very patient and attentive to our needs. He was happy to work with any budget, either complete or partial renovation. We updated our kitchen with new tile floor, new island and quartz countertop. We also replaced all the bathroom vanities and installed recessed lights through out the house. He gave us good suggestions to keep our cost down during the entire process. He was always patient even though I constantly changed my mind about my selections. His crews were very professional, courteous and always cleaned up when they left. They were able to complete the project on time so that we could go on our vocation. When we called Tim after we returned from the trip to touch up on few minor details, he responded promptly and completed the job. We are very please with our new kitchen and bath and would highly recommend i Remodel & Design!

We could not be happier with our new kitchen. Our experiences with i Remodel & Design are phenomenal. I spoke with many companies and received multiple bids, but it was not until meeting Tim ( owner) that we felt confident enough to proceed. Tim had A+ team. The designer, Esin and Tim spent so much time to put up a perfect design to meet our needs. They help us to choose our materials and gave suggestions for our kitchen outlet. Once work started, Tim met regularly with me to update on progress. The contractor, Scott was down to earth thoughtful and very professional. He showed up to my house from 8AM -4pm for 3 weeks never late. He installed everything with perfection. We highly recommend i Remodel & Design for any project big or small. You will not disappointed.

Overall Excellent Job, communicated the schedule transparently, promptly mitigated any construction issues that came up. All of the various trade crews were professional and the resulting quality met our expectations. Highly Recommend !!

Iremodel & Design did an amazing job updating and remodeling our kitchen and bathrooms. They were friendly, thorough, polite and there were no hidden costs. Having done many renovations IR&D was one of the best we've ever used. From the moment we walked into their beautiful, well thought out showroom and was greeted by Sam we were impressed. After obtaining three different bids for our bathroom remodels (3) we were very pleased they stood out. We chose them for their professionalism, attention to detail, competitive pricing and suggestions. Tim is excellent at listening and providing excellent customer service as is Sam. We had a special design request for our vanity tower, Tim and Sam listened and designed an amazing "Vanity Garage" using Wellborn Cabinets!! Their construction crews were on time, clean and took their job seriously. There were a few mishaps which is expected but quickly resolved to our complete satisfaction. IR&D definitely works with you and for you until your project is complete and you're 100% satisfied. We will definitely use them again.

R&D remodeled my kitchen earlier this year. They did an overall great job. Tim K. was great to work with - very customer focused and open to new ideas to make the job turn out the way I wanted. I am a very detailed person and in a major renovation, such as this, if you are going to do it and spend the money everything needs to be as close to perfect as possible. This was a complete remodel of a fairly large kitchen, and thus a complex job where one is not exactly sure what you will run into as the demolition phase is underway. We had expressed concern about our tile floors not being damaged during the project. The first thing they did was cover them with plywood to keep that from happening. The floor was 100% fine when the project was concluded. We appreciated that. No job will go 100% satisfactory in an industry like this. It is totally unrealistic. There are many trades in a complete remodel - carpentry, plumbing, granite installation and tile work. We had one item that we were unhappy with and Tim was totally supportive of our proposed solution, even though it cost him profit in the job. Tim was eager to see us satisfied and was very responsive to any item we expressed concern over. We would most definitely recommend that IR&D be strongly considered. We have had a bathroom remodel done by another contractor, and we were pretty dissatisfied with them. So, one does have to be careful. In my experience, the carpentry was first rate on our job. Everything plumb and square. The Welborne Cabinets they use are American made and after 6 months show no signs of any imperfection. The granite and plumbing were also great. Where we did have dissatisfaction was in the back splash tile work. But, as I mentioned above, Tim bent over backwards to make sure we got a quality installation to our complete satisfaction. This extended the time line, but that is a small price to pay to get the job done right. And IR&D completed the job to our complete satisfaction, and we would certainly consider and use them again with confidence.

Tim at i Remodel and Design was amazing. We built a new home and he installed all our counter tops in the kitchen, bathrooms, bar and outdoor spaces. The quality of work and professionalism was one of the best of all the trades we worked with! I will use him again and I highly recommend this company! I also want to mention their prices were fair, but I felt they were exceptional for the level of service I received.
