“We had been planning a remodel/bump out for our 50-year-old home for almost 2 years. We went to a Case design open house and decided to move forward with Case. Dave spent a great deal of time with us walking through what we envisioned, what we loved and what we didn't love about our current home. Dave asked lots of questions and presented lots of choices for how we could meet our goals for the new design. Even though we decided to cut back on a few things, I love that Dave worked with us to keep some elements so that if we decide to do more work going forward, it will be easier to pick up. For example, we were going to put an ADA bathroom on the first floor but changed it up to an office instead. But the crawl space and the new addition are set up so we can easily convert that space to a bathroom in the future. We are so thrilled with the larger, open design!
