Pastiche of Cape Cod, Inc.

After speaking with multiple designers, we knew Irina and her team from Pastiche were the best fit for our cape cod home project. She took time to understand our vision and really developed a plan to make myself and my husband happy. She completed our project in time for us to enjoy our summer on the cape. We were completely blown away by the transformation, she exceeded our expectations. We now have a beautiful and updated home that we are finally proud to showcase.

Irina has a magical talent. My husband and I have used Pastiche of Cape Cod in two homes. Irina carefully listened to how we live and what style appealed to us. She then designed and created our home in an understated luxury using gorgeous textures and tones. The rooms just draw you in - it's perfection. Irina's eye for color and detail are unparalleled. We were so thrilled with our first project that when we moved to a new home, we once again called upon the Pastiche dream team. My wife and I were building our dream home on the ocean. We were introduced to Irina by our architect. From our initial conversation throughout the entire process, Irina and her Team were amazing! She continually emphasized it was important to her to know us and by doing so she'd be able to create our "dream" home. Our architect and builder constructed an amazing palate for Irina to work her magic. My wife and I had previously worked with a designer in Florida and I found it to be a tedious and painstaking process. With Irina and her Team, it was remarkably easy, fun, and relatively quick. She has an uncanny ability to transform words to design. Our home was a little over 3000 sf and she was tasked with the entire house. Appliances, lighting, furniture, accessories, and flooring. She was involved in every aspect of the finish work with the builder. Irina would send us pictures of everything and ultimately the final selection was ours. But, amazingly, time after time she nailed it. We elected her "white glove" service, which was strikingly similar to the reveals you see on the Home Channel. Her Team spent five days assembling the furnishings and accessories once the builder finished. Irina's reveal was nothing short of magical! Meeting us at the door with our preferred libation we entered our new home. Our eyes were treated to a display that so far exceeded our wildest imagination. It was the proverbial "Wow" moment! Through tears we were led by Irina from room to room and floor to floor. Each room was unique and fantastically appointed. Once our magical mystery tour ended, we noticed that she had assembled a a wonderful assortment of food for us as we were spending our first night in our beautiful new home. No stone left unturned! As I write this review it is now Thanksgiving, three months after our "reveal." Irina and her Team are still following up and ensuring that everything continues to be perfect. What began as a business relationship has evolved into familial. We couldn't be more pleased, more thrilled, and more thankful to Irina for creating the quintessential dream home for now and future generations of our family!

Working with Irina and the design team at Pastiche was a pleasure. We purchased our life-time home with the intent to update it over time. With many projects on the table we had a very specific budget in mind. Our goal was to completely furnish our main entrance, formal living room and formal dining room. We wanted a home that was elegant and functional. Irina carefully listened to our tastes and needs and beautifully completed the task with in our budget. We are very pleased with the pieces that she chose and feel that they are unique and a true reflection of who we are as a family. Irina and the team at Pastiche were a pleasure to work with from day one! I first found them by walking into the store on Route 6A and falling in love with everything! I met with Irina once and then she brought plans and fabric samples to our house. It was that easy! While waiting for the furniture for the main room in our house I have to admit I was a bit nervous as was this worth it - will it really make a big difference! Well it was so worth everything! I cant tell you what a difference the whole house feels like now to us!! Amazing! Every idea she had was right on!! The whole process was so simple and I look forward to working with Irina and the team again!!!

We engaged Pastiche to improve our family room. Irina carefully listened to who we are and what we needed. Her observation skills quickly deciphered where the styles and tastes of my wife and I converge and diverge and immediately discovered solutions to delight us both. Her ability to key off existing personal belongings and preferences and arrive at a color palette, design and furnishings that bring harmony to the home and comfort to the mind and body, was impressive and void of any inkling of pressure. The practical support of her team in orchestrating, ordering, updating us and installing was outstanding. The entire process from the initial meeting to become acquainted to joyful completion of the project was greatly appreciated and causes us to recommend Pastiche with ease and enthusiasm.

Irina of Pastiche helped me design a new interior for our living room, dining area and bathroom for our Chatham vacation home. The house was built in 1986 and we had done major renovations after recently purchasing the home but had not nailed down our interior design. I started redecorating but hit a wall - I just couldn't piece it all together. Irina was able to do that for me. She listened to what I wanted, worked with her team to bring me alternatives to look at, and timed it for when I was available (I live off Cape). Irina 'transformed' our home. We wanted a casual but classy look and that is what we have. We now have that WOW factor! Irina's knowledge and depth of experience made my decision making easy. She and her staff were amazing to work with and professional from start to finish! I highly recommend Pastiche as an interior design company!

Irina MacPhee and her team at Pastiche provided Interior design services at our "new" antique sea captain's home in Chatham, built in 1853 - and the result is nothing short of stunning!! Keeping in mind the history of the home, and balancing that with our desire for a fresh seaside feel, they transformed rooms from "dated" and "tired" to airy yet historic, incorporating our favorite antiques, collectibles and art from our prior home as much as possible. Irina's vision as to the final product was amazing. It's almost as though she could read my mind. And her design staff, especially Ellen, are extremely talented in staging. They also have access to some of the best contractors in the area. We couldn't be happier!

Irina provides outstanding advice and service. I have worked with her for many years and she has always exceeded my expectations. Most recently, Irina enabled us to move into a new vacation home on Cape Cod and host Thanksgiving only 2 weeks after buying the home. On very short notice, she arranged for painters for the interior and the installation of a gas fireplace. She and her team then spent an afternoon to stage the house and make it a warm and inviting home - they moved furniture, arranged rugs and hung pictures so the house was ready for the Thanksgiving celebration. Irina has been the key to creating wonderful living spaces in my primary home and vacation home. She understands my priorities and goals and works with me to achieve the desired result. She consistently delivers outstanding service in a professional manner with a wonderful personal commitment to client satisfaction.

Irina is a talented, energetic and creative designer. Her professional diligence is matched only by her design instinct, and attention to detail. Whether starting from scratch, or optimizing a space with existing materials, Irina's ability to transform environments is amazing to watch. Her almost uncanny ability, with access to beautiful accessories and furnishings, helped get one of our recently finished custom homes on the cover of Cape Cod Home magazine. I'm looking forward to the opportunity to work with Irina again, hopefully soon!

On more than two occasions, Pastiche of Cape Cod has helped design rooms in our house and the results have literally transformed our space. First was the kitchen, which Irina said was the heart of the house. She was spot on. Second was our open space living room/dining room where she guided us with paint colors, window treatments, etc. Our house is a beautiful sanctuary because of Irina's special talent and the offerings from Pastiche of Cape Cod. Pastiche was so helpful to my husband and I. It was overwhelming moving to a new home with so much space to make decisions for- Irina and Ellen really helped us through this process. Irina was able to give us priorities for us to focus on, made recommendations for appliances, and helped pick out paint color (which was such a great help). Ellen was great at staging multiple shelves in our living room. Irina really cares about her clients and she has a great team- every time I go into her store everyone is so friendly and helpful!
