Barb was a life saver when we had to downsize and move into a condo. She helped with every aspect of that transition and recommended good services to help. She oversaw the design, renovation and decorating of our new home and worked hard to fit in the pieces we could not part with.

I retained this firm to do the interior design and furnish my two bedroom apartment from the ground up. The scope of furnishing included two bedrooms, living and dining areas, two bathrooms, entrance hallway and balcony. The work entailed selecting the furnishings for my approval, ordering, delivery and on delivery arranging the furniture in the apartment. She also handled the hanging of artwork, and other miscellaneous installations. This project had a hard deadline as I had to vacate the house I was living at and move into the new accommodation within two months. This was accomplished successfully and to my complete satisfaction both as to quality of the work as well as the costs. Barbara Ivey was very pleasant to work with and I would highly recommend her services.

I have worked with Barb on a number of occasions. Initially, when we were building a cottage, Barb was instrumental in working directly with the designers and builders on the interior. The result was outstanding. In several other situations, I had to take possession of a condominium that was not furnished and asked Barb to make all the furniture purchases. Without me seeing what she had selected, again the outcome was great. In the latest iteration, I relocated to Sydney for a few years. I was traveling throughout Asia so I did not have a lot of time on my hands; Barb sourced all the furniture and had it delivered in time for my return, which was a god send.
