Realm Architecture + Design

Words cannot begin to express our complete and total satisfaction with Realm Design on every level. We used them to design our dream home with spectacular results. We constantly are told by guests that it is the nicest house they have ever seen. We loved their work so much we hired them again to completely remodel the condo we had purchased to live in during the house construction. There again, all our guests, tell us it is the nicest condo they have ever seen. Jacques and Jackson make an incredible team. They listened, envisioned our dreams and made them come true beyond our wildest imagination. In addition to their incredible talent, they are patient, understanding, honest, fair, reasonable and a total pleasure to work with. Investing in their talent has returned to us not only the incredible joy of loving the space we live in but also has returned to us a significant financial return on investment. Of all the many people I have ever hired for any job ever, they are at the very top of my list. If hiring an architect/design team, look no further as you are wasting your time.

Jacque and Jackson took on a complete redo on a very dated house! I pushed out walls, ceilings and added windows. The overall layout was tough to figure out but they did it! I was referred to them by some great friends that said they were the team for the job! I had a very old world style and they were more contemporary but worked very closely to combine both visions and we had an incredible outcome. I absolutely love my house and continue to call asking questions! Our design is much more timeless than I would have done without them. I would highly recommend for any job, BIG or SMALL! They have a wonderful eye and are a ball to work with!

This is our second remodel with REALM. We have used them to upsize as well as down size our homes. With both remodels, REALM was responsible for the architectural design as well as the interior furnishings. Before we started our project, we sat down with Jacques and Jackson and discussed our needs, our wants and how we live in the house. They listened to our ideas and then made suggestions. They have tremendous vision and creativity and were very sensitive to our timeframe and budget constraints. They were flexible enough to design in the field and still meet deadlines. Jacques and Jackson incorporated our old furnishings with new items and helped us achieve an intimate, sophisticated home that reflects our lifestyle and personality. We love our home inside and out!
