We had the absolute best experience working with Jacqueline Zinn on our full home remodel. When we purchased our home, it was completely original from the 1990s, and we felt overwhelmed not knowing where to even begin. Jacqueline immediately brought clarity, direction, and an incredible vision for what our home could become. She has an exceptional talent for selecting colors and creating a cohesive foundation that ties everything together beautifully. She guided us through every major decision—from a full gut kitchen renovation to all new flooring, paint, wall paneling/wainscoting, lighting, a fireplace redesign, a primary bathroom gut remodel, powder room renovation, new doors, and trim. Every selection felt intentional and perfectly suited to our style. What truly sets Jacqueline apart is her depth of knowledge. She knows the details most people would never think about—like exactly what flooring thickness works best—and she saved us countless hours of research by presenting thoughtfully curated options. She consistently brought us great choices, listened carefully to our preferences, and made sure we stayed aligned with our budget without compromising on quality or design. She also connected us with an amazing contractor and handled so much of the behind-the-scenes work, including vendor coordination and communication throughout the project. Having her involved every step of the way gave us complete confidence and made what could have been a stressful process feel seamless. Beyond her talent, Jacqueline is simply wonderful to work with. She’s warm, professional, and incredibly easy to talk to—we always felt comfortable sharing our thoughts and trusting her guidance. We can’t recommend Jacqueline highly enough. She transformed our home and made the entire experience not only manageable, but truly enjoyable.

Jackie has an amazing eye for unique designs. We had Jackie help us with our kitchen/bathroom reno which turned into a full first floor reno. She really listened to what we wanted and gave us a beautiful and functional design. Even though we started with the kitchen and bathroom Jackie happily helped us make decisions for the other parts of our home we ended up renovating. She does a beautiful job of mixing styles/textures/finishes that we haven’t seen other designers do. She really helps to create a unique design that will stay timeless.

Working with Jackie was great! She is very knowledgable and was able to figure out what I needed to help update my house, even though I did not give her much guidance about what I was looking for. She went out of her way to help me pick the perfect flooring and spent lots of time looking over samples and different ideas with me. She was always available to help with follow-up questions or clarification on suggestions she made. All of her work is beautiful and I will definitely plan on working with her again!

Jacqueline did a fantastic job with two projects - both family room and kitchen re-decorating turned out great. She helped me decide on a layout for kitchen furniture, and also came up with great ideas for my family room. She is very good at listening to her clients and responding to their feedback. I felt I could implement her designs with very few adjustments, and all within a budget that worked for me. I am already thinking of my next projects to work with Jacqueline on! Would highly recommend!
