Sustainable Functional Art

Took my photo of the oceanside strand and sustainable functional art made it come to life in an unbelievably beautiful mosaic surfboard shower. Jane was very easy to work with and communicative. Very straightforward, i recommend to my friends and family.

It was an absolute delight working with Jane to design, create and install our beautiful custom mosaics. She was able to take my rough concepts and ideas and turn them into gorgeous art pieces to adorn our house exterior walls. Every person who has seen the custom art installations has been dazzled by the beauty and uniqueness. Jane was so great to work with from start to finish. We wanted a surfboard shower for our outdoor pool with a sunset and wave design to match our tropical backyard. She nailed it with the mosaic sunset and wave ! It’s so beautiful, we get so many compliments every time someone steps foot in our yard! Thank you for giving us a beautiful piece of art to look at and use as a outdoor shower!

Our custom designed surf board shower exceeded our expectations! Design, delivery and quality and overall experience excellent. We custom built an enclosure and flagstone shower basin but honestly the shower could be affixed to a wall or palm tree. We’re happy we selected a foot wash and bronze hardware.

Jane was amazing! I wanted a surfboard sculpture for my back yard. Jane took the time to get to know me and my likes and interests in order to create my own design! It exceeded my expectations! It fits perfectly in with our decor. It has a beautiful sun setting over the ocean with coral and starfish under the water! There are even bits of mosaic mirror shining through parts of the design. It is whimsical and fun to match my house and personality! I couldn't be more pleased. She works with precision and from the heart! I would recommender her highly! I feel lucky to have found her!

We're absolutely THRILLED with our new Surfboard Shower ♥ its BEAUTIFUL and truly fabulous, functional art! Its an upcycled, full-sized surfboard, covered in a mosaic of gorgeous, opaque colored glass. Jane Fowler is the the owner / artist, who is very nice and so FUN to work with. I wanted the shower to include starfish and Jane gave us the choice to feature real, ceramic or hand-cut glass ones ... or any combination! We ultimately chose hand cut starfish, and she crafted more than a dozen, in various sizes - they all look wonderful! She helped us choose a range of glass colors, then designed a lovely flow to look like the ocean & blue sky. During the process Jane sent photos so we could see the progress, and invited our ideas & feedback. She was so easy to work with and Jane's finished masterpiece is PERFECT! We LOVE this unique & useful, outdoor "yard art". It's quite the conversation starter, plus a perfect place to rinse off after the beach. Jane's husband, Will, professionally installed the shower for us and we could not be happier. They both earned 5 stars across the board - we whole heartedly commend & recommend their work and outstanding customer service. THANK YOU Jane & Will!

AMAZING TALENT HERE! Jane and Will are creative, professional, fun to work with and true to their word. My wife and I just had an exterior surfboard shower built and installed for our new Solana Beach House and it came out better than great. They are quite a team! If anyone is considering using their services, I just can't recommend them high enough. My experience with Jane and Will was really fantastic; all around. You will NOT be disappointed!

I come across the website and immediately fall in love with the idea to have one of this gorgeous surfboard showers in my backyard. I reached out to Jane who replied within 24 hrs and provided all the details to place the order, timing and the installation guide. The communication was great through the process, received regular updates, progress reports and even pictures. The surfboard is beautiful and the shower is a great quality. It is a real art piece.
