Jan has beautiful, creative ideas. She brings enthusiasm and energy to a project. It is a delight to work with her.

We have been so pleased with Jan's work. We just built a large home for four generations and she took on the difficult task of considering everyone's opinions and taste and tying them all together. Our house looks better than we expected, and she was respectful of our needs to sometimes put function over form. We never felt pressure to do something we did not want to do nor incorporate a design element that we did not like. Jan was timely with her invoices and we appreciated that while tweaking our budget throughout the project. I would highly recommend Jan and will use her again.

Jan helped me complete an updating project which included remodeling our master bath, freshening up our master bathroom and redoing some aspects of our master bedroom closet. The bathroom was a big job which included installing a new tub, shower, toilet, countertops, plumbing and hardware. Her ideas were very creative and we found her extremely easy to work with. She was always available to meet with us, even working around my husbands busy work schedule. We love the bathroom and the ideas she had to perk up our bedroom. I plan to use her to update our upstairs bathrooms. I heartily recommend her for any job; large or small.

Jan from Serendipity has worked with my husband and I several times since we have moved into our new house in 2013. I always love hearing her ideas and take on a room or a certain design piece. Jan has helped us consult on our daughter's nursery (coordinated upholstery swatches and had customer draperies sewn to match her nursery bedding), hallway and living room paint colors, and design pieces for our living room. She has made herself available on several occasions to talk through work we were doing with our contractor. Everything has turned out beautifully and with exactly the style I wanted. I know we will continue to turn to Jan at Serendipity for her advise time and time again! I wholeheartedly recommend her services!

Serendipity, did a wonderful job helping me decorate my house. Jan listens and considers your taste and budget while at the same time giving you ideas and suggestions that will give you the look/room that you will be completely satisfied with. Jan appreciates the use of your time as well. She will shop for or with you and does an excellent job following up. I find fabric shopping overwhelming, I lose focus. Jan brings me samples of what she thinks will tastefully work the best in my home. I will definitely use Serendipity again and actually look forward to my next project with Jan.

Jan's talents are wonderful! I have used her several times and each time Jan comes up with something completely perfect for us. She can take existing tired furnishings and accents and mix with new paint and fabrics for a fresh and updated look. This attentive and easy-to-work-with designer has a unique way of mixing colors, patterns and textures. Jan also has a plethora of excellent contractors to get the job done.

Jan was a huge help to me when I was re-doing our living room and dining room area. She has creative ideas that I would have never thought of. She was a pleasure to work with and I will definitely be using her again!

Jan came to my house, discussed my desires, and upon my request, did the shopping herself. She brought several samples out and I decided. The work was beautiful! Jan was professional, creative, and mindful of my budget. She came up with ideas that hadn't even occurred to me. I love the final product! I finally have beautiful window treatments!
