My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Super talented architect and works closely with one builder for many years. The experience with both was excruciatingly painful. Would not recommend. Once you sign on with them, you lose all control. I wish we knew these things before embarking upon one of the most significant projects of our lifetime. Feel free to reach out with questions.

I have worked on numerous projects with Jan Gleysteen for the past 14 years. His eye for detail and artistic ability is above and beyond what you might expect from an architect. I find his projects to be meticulously managed and well designed. I enjoy working on his projects, being part of his team is always rewarding. I would highly recommend Jan Gleysteen to anyone with a luxury building/remodeling project.

Jan Gleysteen is one incredible Architect. We have worked in dozens of his custom designed homes over the years and always find them amazing. Jan has the ability to design many different styles of home. His designs always fresh and inviting. His choice of windows allow optimum light and are often incredible shapes.
