Jessica Bradley Interiors

Initially thought Jessica Bradley would be helpful. Gladly took our retainer. As soon as she blew through the retainer, we lost all contact with her. After that, she sent her “assistants” to deal with us who had no reference to what we were trying to accomplish. Paid for several pieces that were the wrong size. Too bad - “I’m sure you can use them somewhere”. Also, asked us to pick up a few “used” pieces sitting around her office to see if they might work - without reference to any measurements and whether they might actually work in our home. Of course, they did not work - which we hauled back to her office. Often sent us to local store websites to pick pieces out - we could have done that without her. We now have a half done project after close to a year - with radio silence from her office. Feel totally lost and wonder if we can pull our project together with someone else. Very disappointed.

Jessica was here to help me pick out our exterior colors and she did an awesome job with it. She had access to my Pinterest board ahead of time and she definitely did her homework picking colors that I liked. She was very reasonable and worked by the hour. She was also able to walk through the house and made a few other design suggestions. I will be hiring her services again to help me decorate my home!
