Bill Jetton and team brought the highest level of professionalism and skill to our job. We did a complete (large) home remodel and expansion -- and their attention to detail and execution of our plans were outstanding. They helped us bring a 1909 home into today's world -- maintaining the charm and warmth of the old while updating all infrastructure and incorporating an open kitchen, additional fireplaces, etc. and creating better flow and making the space more accommodating. The home needed to connect to a lovely sweeping yard (once a tennis court) -- and Jetton executed the whole thing brilliantly. Visitors were immediately struck by the house, its details, its relationship to the surrounding yard -- thanks in large part to the quality of the work done to get it there. Jetton gets the highest marks from us.

Jetton Construction understands collaboration. Our home has a fair amount of custom work, and Jetton made sure that our architect was working with the manufacturers and vice versa to get things made exactly right. They understood the areas in which I am a perfectionist, and made sure to find the subs that would make me happy. If we had any concerns, Jetton gracefully and efficiently addressed them - nothing was a closed circle. We started working with Jetton when our project was still in design. They took us to visit several of their past projects and did some early cost-estimating, which was a huge help in deciding which subcontractors and materials to choose. Jetton has a deep stable of excellent subcontractors and manufacturers to choose from, so you can find the the skill-set and the price that work best for you. This is my third house project, so I know what it can be like. Jetton runs a clean site (no nails, no glass, nothing for my pets to step on) - I appreciated that I never had to say anything about that. In renovation projects, you never know what’s going to happen when you open up a old wall - but no matter what we came across, Jetton addressed it nimbly, staying in budget and on schedule. People always want to know - did it go over time? And the answer is no - Jetton is really sensitive to staying on schedule. When one sub couldn’t finish on time, Jetton took it upon themselves to find additional, well-suited subs who could help get the job done. Best of all, it never became my problem. The whole thing was smooth sailing. I saw everyone on the Jetton team at one time or another, and I always felt like our project was as important to them as it was to me. We had so much fun!

It is high time that I posted my review of Jetton Construction. Jetton completed a gut renovation of our city apartment kitchen and foyer during the first half of 2017. I cannot praise enough the company's, and everyone's associated with it, professionalism, attitude, work ethic and skill. They completed the project precisely on time and under budget. There are two telling stories about the project that bear repeating here. First, I did not have a single interaction with Bill Jetton himself -- it simply was not necessary; his people handled every aspect of the project to, or exceeding, my expectations. Second, after the project was completed, we had neighbors on our floor, the floor above us, and the floor below us remark that they were not even aware that we had a construction project underway. Finally, I would be remiss if I did not commend Jetton on its post-completion patience while I worked out an issue over which Jetton had little control.

I have been working with Jetton Construction since 2011 and have completed 16 wood flooring projects, majority are high ends. Some of my biggest concerns when working with General Contractors are scheduling, communication, and finding great solution when facing challenges. Jetton is organize, professional and are able to avoid the headaches associated with remolding / construction.

Our experience with Jetton Construction was top-notch. They are consummate professionals who respond immediately to questions and concerns and treat clients with respect and care. Our gorgeous remodeled home is testament to their attention to detail and quality. It really is stunning, jaw-droppingly beautiful. Whenever people see it for the first time, they want to know with whom we worked, and I recommend to them Jetton without reservation.

I am an architect currently working with Jetton Construction on the latest of a number of successful and beautiful collaborations. We have worked together over the span of a couple of decades, on projects large and small, and I can say without reservation that Jetton Construction brings the same high level of expertise and client care to every project. The craftsmanship is topnotch, but where Jetton Construction REALLY exceeds expectation is in the realm of project administration and client / architect communication. Let's face it, horror stories about contractors (and architects for that matter) are a dime a dozen; it will be a great day when human nature takes as much joy in communicating successes as it currently does in relating disasters. In such a world, there would be a lot of buzz about Jetton Construction as they meticulously execute demanding designs with no fuss or muss. The triangular client / architect / builder relationship can devolve into a mess at a moment's notice; what keeps it from doing so is intelligence and communication, both Jetton strong suits. In this enlightened context, building is a fun and rewarding experience. The current project we are working on is the second large project for the same clients (two different houses); that loyalty speaks volumes.

Wm. F. Holland/Architect has worked closely with Jetton Construction, Inc. on several large whole-house remodels as well as a few smaller projects over the past 10 years. Each project has been extremely well planned and executed. Every phase from pre-construction estimating to post occupancy follow-up receives the same focused attention. Their craftsmanship is top shelf and each remodel and addition has resulted in a seamless integration of the best of the old house with new, more livable spaces.
