Jody's Inspiration

I worked with Jody and Christina for a year to completely renovate my 1509 sq ft 3 bedroom condo, right down to the cement. They are a fabulous mother-daughter team, and both bring an amazing and unique perspective. It was truly a blank slate project, allowing me to experience Jody's true creative genius. The project included a complete kitchen remodel, walls being knocked down, custom closets and cabinets, window treatments, and all sorts of custom lighting and furniture. Not a single inch of the place was left untouched. Part of the reason I initially signed with Jody was because she truly offered a full-service experience, connecting all the contractors that might be required for the project in a seamless way. She absolutely delivered on that. Jody is a master of her craft. I felt like I was in good hands every step of the way. My condo exceeded my wildest dreams and is truly my little slice of heaven. Jody has incredible attention to detail and taste. She has a knack for creative problem solving and she is a perfectionist which I absolutely love. She listened, brought many amazing ideas, and went above and beyond to deliver. Throughout our process I had so many "OMG" moments because she was always blowing me away with something outstanding. She creates spaces that are gorgeous yet livable (which is so important). Every room she designed has a wow factor. I will absolutely work with her again on all future home projects without question.

We purchased new construction home in Las Vegas, and we hired Jody to help us with interior design and customization. This is the first time we worked with an interior designer. We were very impressed with her depth of knowledge and her ability to understand our visions and translate them into reality. Our project included custom stone/tile/woodwork, built-in beds, bookshelves, tables, custom closets and cabinets, a new storage room, window coverings, electrical work, custom lighting, and furniture. Jody and her team of subcontractors completed the entire project during the pandemic, while we were still living out of state. We found Jody to be attentive to detail, reliable, honest, communicative and fair. We are very satisfied and pleased with our beautiful new home, and our decision to work with Jody and her team. Jody and her daughter Christina make a fantastic home design and delivery team that consistently exceeded our expectations. They help make our move from a home in Bellevue WA to a new Condominium in Las Vegas NV as seamless as possible. We contracted with them early on to furnish several main rooms and decks in our new home as well as review and inform us on the construction progress while we remained in Washington. What we particularly like about our experience was the interest and effort they spent to get to know what we wanted in styles, colors and fabrics....and the online alternatives they presented for our review and approval. Most of the furnishings we purchased were offered to us at cost plus 15%, which more than paid for the overall design/project costs. We to this day are delighted with the results of their effort. They have excellent connections with many home furnishing companies as well other installation vendors (movers, electricians, installers, etc.) and were able orchestrate their participation with our overall move.

You will love working with Jody. She is the consumate professional yet she has a fun spirit and really knows design. She listens to her clients and then helps them to achieve their vision. I can't express how pleased we are after working with Jody. Not only are her designs beautiful, but she is professional, prompt, and keeps your budget in mind. We moved into a house that was basically a blank slate with a few furniture pieces that had to be incorporated. Even with a relatively limited budget, Jody was able to deliver beautiful designs that have been complimented over and over by our guests.

We have hired Jody's Inspiration four times in the past 5 years. 1. Our first experience with Jody was our 2600 sq ft vacation home which was already painted and furnished but lacking the "Wow factor!" We gave her full rein to put on the finishing touches. And she did just that....using what artwork we already had, she was able to turn our ordinary house into an extraordinary, yet inviting home. 2. Jody's second contract was to personalize our motor coach...once again, what appears to be effortless, we watched her transform the coach into a welcoming home on wheels 3. Jody's third contract was to update our 2700 sq ft ranch house. This involved painting, carpets, furnishings, window treatments and her final touch. This project took Jody to a city she had not worked in before, and she had many challenges sourcing suppliers. There's one thing I know for certain, this lady works hard, efficient and is effective in getting what she wants in her time frame. Again, we were so pleased wth the results. 4. Our latest project was renovating a 1725 sq ft 3 bdrm condo also in a city she had never been to before. This project entailed creating a feature wall, painting, complete furnishings, window treatments and of course, what we call, the "Wow factor." Magnificent results. Jody is first class! She presents herself with the utmost of professionalism. She listens, gives constructive feedback, and is tireless in her pursuit to accomplish the results she envisions, and her clients anticipate. Jody adheres to the budget and the timeline regardless how challenging it may be. And we have challenged her! Highly recommend Jody's inspiration no matter where you live. What a great time we had working with Jody! Not only does she have great taste, she is excellent at seeing a space for what it is and making use of what is already there. In doing what she does so well, she really transforms it so it does look totally new and fresh! I also loved how she was able to use things I already had, but in a way that made them fit in perfectly, vs just hiding on the shelf/closet like they used to. We were so happy with her in every way, all I could think was "When can we do this again?"
