Begun in October 2022 as a kitchen redesign, our client's whole home renovation fully transformed this 6,900 square foot abode. We fully replaced all the flooring, and added modern flourishes throughout including custom wallcoverings, a new paint scheme and remodeled every room on the upper and lower level, down to the bathrooms, laundry room and all the outdoor spaces.

Assisting with our client's vision of creating a Las Vegas casino vibe on the lower level, we modified an existing bedroom into a glitzy and glamourous poker lounge, replete with the requisite electronic poker game. The bar in the theater room features three bar top casino style video poker machines along with all the necessities for your next gathering, including Sub Zero Wolf appliances and Bosch dishwasher. The 42" TVs, large projection screen and live LED ticker display provide you with up to the minute sports scores, financial data and the ability to stream your favorite films or the next big game.

Focusing on our clients need for functionality and form on the upper level, we added a more elaborate dry bar off the dining room to camouflage the more functional wet bar in the rear, closed off by a beautiful custom designed iron and copper clad barn door. Aesthetic double islands and waterfall stone edges adorn the kitchen, and the practical glassware storage on the front of the island brings a touch of class to this edgy and elegant space.

Revel in the details of the tasteful and sophisticated master ensuite, which encapsulates the essence of elegance. Modern Italian furnishings blend with the custom platform bed and fine fabric bedding. Custom hand painted wallcovering brings an added touch of sparkle along with the custom designed chandelier from Portugal.
