Excellent interpretation and design of desired lakehouse. Joe was creative in concepts and thorough in presentation of his designs. And he was very conscious of out budgeted goals. A joy to work with! We used Joe a second time for a remodel project on our primary residence with utmost satisfaction.

Commented: what is the name of the floor tileAlmost looks like polished concrete but because of the mortar joints seems to be some type of tile, maybe 20"x30" or 24"x36"? Would love to know the size & material.
