G&G designed and built our custom home. Joe and his team are unmatched! Everyone at G&G is so talented, but more importantly, they are good people. We would build again with Joe in a heartbeat!

When choosing a home builder, our number one priority was finding someone we could trust. Joe was up front, did not over promise and was flexible with changes along the way. Prices for items that we decided to add outside of the contract were fair. There can be a lot of emotion when trying to design a home where you will raise your family. You want a builder that won't take advantage of that vulnerability. Joe exceeded our expectations and we would build with him again.

Our experience with G and G was outstanding. From the very beginning of the home building experience, to the one year walk through, the experience was superb! Joe (owner) and Tom (superintendent) were great to work with! We were always included on every decision, and were provided with excellent guidance.

We could not be happier with our new home. We met with several builders, but Joe really got our vision. Joe made the process easier, and was always available to answer questions and provide guidance. The finished project is stunning!

As a more rural build, our project was maybe a bit atypical - obtaining the complicated local permits, installing a well, geothermal and septic systems, etc. We were looking for a builder with great credentials, and going as green as possible was a priority for us. Joe not only ticked every box from the outset but continually exceeded our expectations. He guided us so extremely well every step of the way from design to completion, making sure we kept our budget in mind throughout. Always available - and personable! - he is a true professional and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend G&G!

Joe and his team go above and beyond the average builder. We have built several homes and the home Joe built for us was far superior than our previous homes. He is very organized and on time with his projects along with very high quality work. I would highly recommend Joe and his team.

I can't say better things about G&G Custom Homes!!! The owner, Joe Garcia, is a quality builder that completed our beautiful home on time and on budget. He listens to your every request and is super detail-oriented, a skill that not many builders possess. He is always on time (usually early!) to meetings, and will meet you at the property any time, day or night. Building a home is the single biggest financial commitment you will ever make, and entrusting Joe with building our forever home was the best decision we could have made. We are now fortunate to also call Joe a friend. 5 stars! Highly recommend!!!

Highly recommend G&G Homes! Joe Garcia is with you from start to finish. He is patient, honest and a really nice person. We have truly enjoyed building our home. There was someone working daily and our home finished when Joe said it would be. He was upfront about pricing from the beginning and helpful whenever we needed it. From Joe, his team, all the way to contractors we never encountered anyone that wasn't nice. Such a great experience!!

Excellent reputation, thorough builder, enjoyable experience! We worked hand-in-hand with their interior designer to achieve our look, were encouraged every step of the way, and overall they are a very enjoyable company to build a home with, answering every question we had quickly and solving each quickly as well. I have had the pleasure of touring numerous homes built by G&G in Westfield and around the Indianapolis area thanks to their prominent display at Homeshows and other events. Always impressed by their quality and design. One of my favorites was their Home-a-rama award winning home this year! One of the best in the area for sure!
