I have used Joe Stemmer, photographer for all my real estate photos for the previous three years. All properties are multi-family buildings that require working around the tenants' furnishings for the interior shots, which can be challenging. Joe always manages to make all the units look their best. His exterior photos are attractive in that he has an eye for the proper lighting to enhance the buildings aesthetics. He has a great attitude and exhibits an extensive knowledge of photography. He gets along great with everyone, is always on time, pleasant with everyone .......even when it's 115 degrees in the desert.
