Selkey Homes exceeded our expectations with a significant home remodel. After struggling to find a remodeling team that understood our needs, we were lucky to have been referred to John and Jeff. During the initial walk-through, they listened to our wish-list, and provided suggestions that improved the layout we had in mind. Their building experience put our minds at ease regarding wall removal, re-routing mechanicals, and adding "a wall of windows". 3D drawings helped us visualize the final product. From there, we met with their recommended cabinet, counter, tile, lighting and pluming providers. All were top quality at a reasonable price (no surprises, as it was already accurately built into the bid provided by the Selkeys). Some "above and beyond" service includes: completing an upstairs bathroom prior to demo, building a temporary kitchen sink area while we were in the demo phase (we stayed in the house during construction), providing excellent design and functional advise (structure/layout), working with quality sub-contractors, cleaning daily and being great guys to have on site.

John and Jeff Selkey are AMAZING. They did a large remodel for us, living room, dining room, kitchen and family room. It took 3 months and I had ZERO complaints. They are so professional, so meticulous and so easy to communicate with. I cannot wait until we can do phase two so we can work with them again.

We hired John and Jeff to do a complete kitchen remodel, add a main floor powder room and convert a pretty rough "sunroom" into a mudroom in our 101 year old house. We couldn't be happier with the final results. They had great ideas for making the most of our space and worked with us throughout the project, making design changes as we did the demo and discovered new things. Our final project cost was right on with the allowances they set up for us, only going over because we decided to add some more things as we went. We also appreciated that they responded in a timely manner to emails or calls about the project. We were very happy with the quality of all of the work done and can’t believe how well everything turned out. We love it and would highly recommend them.

John & Jeff are great to work with from beginning to end. They are super knowledgeable and have a lot of ideas and examples to help you get the most out of your project. I was very comfortable with them in my home and they made me feel like I was their top priority. The quality of products used was first rate and still cost effective. They completed a bathroom renovation for us and also converted a sauna into a wine cellar. I'm hoping to get them back to do another bath soon!

Selkey has done 3 different jobs for us. Bathrooms, Basement and Siding/Windows. The price was not the lowest but very fair. The reason I had them back was their attention to the details. I feel I can trust them when they tell me the right way to do something. The work is done well and looks great.
