Sever Homes made our dreams come true. We embarked on a full gut and renovation of a 100 year old High Park house that had never been updated. We immediately felt that we were in the best hands with John during our first walkthrough; John let us know not only what we wanted was possible (completing an open concept of the entire main floor) but also gave his input and ideas that elevated the project to a whole new level. His dedication, perfectionism and attention to detail led to the completion of our dream home. We were very impressed with the Sever Homes' team with regards to their talent within their trades as well as their professionalism and camaraderie. Ivonne Sever was unbelievably pivotal in getting all required permits aligned so that we could begin construction as soon as possible. We also appreciated her extreme organization, dedication to our project and wonderful personality. I would recommend Sever Homes over and over again, they are the best team in the GTA.

Sever homes completely renovated and remodeled the front or our home included a new portico, stuccoing the front, new eaves and siding, new front door and new flagstone entrance way. I have recommended Sever Homes to many of my clients and friends who have all been extremely happy with the results the timelines that were met on time, the great quality of work and how they did not exceed the budget set. A wonderful experience which added great value to our home. I would highly recommend Sever Homes for the job.
