John turned our dream into a reality, and did it with a high degree of professionalism, and in a challenging setting. No detail was left to chance by John in the building of our home, and several excellent changes were made that improved its overall quality and security. When minor conflicts arose, John stood up and took charge, and never shrank from any of the challenges. Highly recommended.

Hart Construction and Development completed a major renovation on our home in 2015-2016. The renovation included opening up the main floor of a traditional, center-hall colonial style home into a more functional, modern space for living and entertaining for our family. It also included finishing previously unfinished attic space, creating a new master suite and adding a guest bathroom while remodeling two existing bathrooms and our kitchen. They did an amazing job bringing our dream of what our house could be to reality. He responds quickly to communication and I found all his vendors and subcontractors to be extremely professional and easy to work with. They did an amazing job!
