John and his team exceeded our expectations in building our new home. Tremendous attention to detail and craftsmanship through his hand selected sub contractors. Outstanding team of stone, brick masons and trim carpenters made our new home beautiful. John is very easy to work with and his team very accessible and helpful. His staff spends a lot of time upfront getting it right on all the details and making the building process easy.

Our experience with John C. Sanders and Company has been incredible. We first got in touch with him after building a home and being very dissatisfied with the experience. Our builder seemed in a rush to finish the job without regard for the details. The result is a house with several areas that we are having to redo to make look right. John has a great eye, but he doesn't try to do it all himself. He works with some of the best designers to make sure that you will have beautiful results. He has been expremely professional as we have been trying to decide whether to renovate our house. He has provided expert advice to help us make an informed decision. Whether we renovate this house, build a new one, or buy a new house, we would use John C. Sanders in a heartbeat. He has built and renovated houses for several of my friends and they have all been thrilled.

John's company did a great job remodeling our home. John gave us a very detailed budget at the beginning and made sure to tell us along the way if our selections were going over budget. Claire is very organized and helpful with all the details. Nick kept all the contractors on track and finished the project timely.

John Sanders has remodeled 2houses for us. He did a complete update of our home in 2005 and we were so pleased with his work ethic, attention to detail and pleasant personality that we called him first thing when we bought a new home in 2011. He helped us evaluate the home before we bought it and made excellent recommendations about what needed to be done to the new home. When we wanted something out of the ordinary, John always sought out several professionals to submit proposals.He and his team have been a pleasure to work with and have transformed our home into a show place.
