When James and I were ready to sell our town home, we paid for furniture staging and listed it with a local real estate agent. I was very familiar with John's work as designer and business owner, so we were confident he could handle updating and decorating our home before we put it back on the market. We live out-of-state, so it was important to have someone managing every detail of this process. John was amazing! He located reputable contractors, solicited bids for renovations, gave us frequent updates, stayed within the budget and made sure the house was ready to hit the market on time. We had an offer and closed on the sale weeks after listing it. We would definitely recommend John to anyone who is getting a home ready for market.

I have worked with John at both Market in Atlanta for frames and ornaments when he was producing those and have used his decorating services at our home in Austin. He has a wonderful eye for detail and knows exactly the things I will like and those that I might need a nudge to admire. His talents range into landscaping, too, with an excellent knowledge of plants and trees. I have even asked him to check our mail when we have been gone. Obviously, I trust him. And, a big plus, he loves our dog.
