We had a great experience working with JoJo Wong Design Remodeling & Build on our home renovation and addition. JoJo and her team really listened to what we wanted and came up with creative ideas to make better use of our space. Her knowledge of interior architectural design made a big difference, especially when it came to improving the layout, making the rooms flow better, and bringing everything together. Not everything went exactly as planned, but JoJo was always responsive and worked closely with her trades to address issues and find solutions as quickly as possible. We appreciated that she listened to our concerns and made the effort to get things right. One thing we learned through this experience is that no renovation is ever perfect. Patience, flexibility, and good communication really do make a difference. What matters is having someone who cares about the project and is willing to work through challenges with you. We love how our home turned out! It's beautiful, functional, and feels much more like us. We truly appreciate all the hard work JoJo and her team put into making it happen :)

We hired JoJo and her team for the additions and fully remodel our home. She and team really took the time to understand how we live and designed our home to fit our lifestyle. They were incredibly detail-oriented and made sure nothing was overlooked. They helped correct and refine architectural drawings, making the design both beautiful and functional, and provided expert guidance throughout the entire process. JoJo and her team worked closely with the trades and helped keep everything moving toward the finish line, which made a huge difference. We came in with a lot of ideas—and some frustrations from building and redesigning—and the team patiently translated our vision into a design that truly felt like us. The process was collaborative, thoughtful, and well managed from start to finish. We moved in at the end of August and can honestly say this is our dream home. The balance of functionality, beauty, and livability is spot on. We couldn’t be happier with the final result and highly recommend JoJo Wong Design Build.

JoJo was a God send! We hired an architect, and it was taking months for him to even get our vision on paper. Even simple requests were wrong when we’d get back the plans and we were really stuck with him. In a desperate attempt, I literally found JoJo via a Google search for good interior designers in Houston. I had no choice—but what a fortuitous decision that was. JoJo and her team came in and literally redrew the layout of our entire house making redlines of thr architects plan, maximizing space, prioritizing practicality, but also incorporating aesthetic features. Her team’s vision and creative solutions to improve architectural drawings demonstrate a good understanding of client needs, integrate artisanal interior design with architectural planning, and reflect a passion for design. She created a moodboard with all our favorite Pinterest and google images and created a slidedeck by room. My wife said "I can move into that house today" So, you can imagine how in 2 to 3 weeks JoJo and team turned things around. JoJo is also hardworking and messages with ideas, reviews, or catch-ups in the evenings and on weekends, which is conducive for working professionals to discuss “home stuff” without having to take time off work several times for meetings during regular weekdays. We are currently in the process of permitting and rebuilding, and JoJo is a great choice—I highly recommend her. I have come to realize that in home construction or remodeling, it’s not the talent alone but also the time, effort, and passion an interior designer invests in engaging with you on a project. Highly recommend!

We'd never worked with a designer before, but after hearing glowing recommendations from a family member who had a fantastic experience with this company, we decided to give them a try. JoJo and her team have been nothing short of amazing! Communication has been seamless and productive, and they took the time to deeply understand our vision for the project. We had some unconventional ideas, and they were exceptional at addressing them—suggesting subtle yet impactful tweaks we hadn't considered and guiding us on what would and wouldn’t work. Their proposal for the bathroom layout exceeded our expectations. They've expertly managed almost every aspect of the project, from collaborating with architects and engineers to handling permits, and are now connecting us with their trusted contractors. I’m certain that without their expertise, the project wouldn’t have turned out as impressive or perfectly aligned with our vision. I've already recommended them to friends and family, and I wouldn’t hesitate to do so again!

I would highly recommend Jojo Wong design for your design needs. Deciding which company to trust with our project was no easy task, but we feel incredibly fortunate to have found JoJo and her team. From the start, they proved to be a forward-thinking, full-service design-build firm that truly delivers on its promises. JoJo's honesty, expertise, and genuine warmth made us feel confident and cared for every step of the way. Their tailored solutions not only maximized our property’s value but also brought our design goals to life, always with our needs at the forefront. We couldn't be happier with the outcome. What I think sets them apart is their in-house collaboration between interior design, architecture, engineering, and general contracting. After our first meeting with the project manager, we met with the designer and engineer, who transformed our ideas with her vision into a beautiful 3D rendering. These visual renderings allowed us to finalize the design before construction began, ensuring there were no surprises in the final product. We also decided to replace the flooring throughout the first floor and upgrade the electrical system, including a panel upgrade although we didn't plan on doing it, the house hadn’t been updated since the 1950s. Now that the work is complete, we couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to remodel and add value to their home.

JoJo is the epitome of excellence in the field of design. I've collaborated with several designers over the years, but none have come close to her exceptional talent and professionalism. Currently, we are working with her with a full remodel project, and our experience has been nothing short of phenomenal. JoJo stands out for several reasons: her responsiveness, which is a rare find in this industry; her unparalleled creativity; her cost-conscious approach; her thoughtfulness; her meticulous attention to detail, and more. What sets JoJo apart is her ability to truly listen to her clients. In our case, she expertly navigated the input of both myself and my spouse, deciphering our often vague and conflicting preferences to deliver stunning solutions. JoJo is, without a doubt, the best in her field, and we can't recommend her highly enough.

JoJo skillfully managed my entire interior design project, overseeing it from concept through demolition to completion. I chose to execute the project in two phases, starting with the second floor. Given my limited sense of design and occasional difficulty expressing my preferences, I provided JoJo with magazine pictures for inspiration. JoJo adeptly translated my general taste into concrete and functional designs, resulting in an outstanding second-floor transformation. Impressed with the initial outcome, I enlisted JoJo's expertise again to tackle the redesign of the first floor. This time, JoJo recommended beginning with a three-dimensional rendering to facilitate the design process. We collaborated extensively, with JoJo being receptive to my comments and suggestions. From granite and paint selection to fabrics, rugs, and furniture, JoJo guided me through every aspect, allowing me to visualize the complete overhaul of the first floor. JoJo's commitment shone through as we navigated challenges together for over a year, including pandemic-related issues like back orders, supply chain disruptions, and extended lead times. Opting for JoJo's full-service turnkey design services was a wise decision, given my busy schedule. JoJo seamlessly managed all aspects, handling the coordination of various contractors from start to finish. In the end, JoJo transformed my home into a sophisticated yet entirely livable space. I am thrilled with the final result and extend my gratitude to JoJo for her outstanding work. Thank you, JoJo!
