We recently hired the Spiva Group for 2 bathroom remodels. I could not be more pleased with the finished product! Every single one of the jobs was completed to task and on time, and everyone in the crew was pleasant to work with. Jonathan is very hands on throughout the entire project- always on site to make sure things are moving along and are meeting his expectations. We are very happy with our experience with The Spiva Group and we will be using them again for more projects!

The Spiva Group did an amazing job for us! We absolutely love our Screened Porch addition, the quality of work surpassed our expectations. The workmanship is top notch, the project was completed on time and there were no "hidden fees" or upcharges. I highly recommend the Spiva Group. We hired them to extend our kitchen, build a large outdoor screened in area, and provide a walk out basement to the backyard which never existed. I highly recommend The Spiva Group for any remodel work! We had our master bathroom remodeled and it was just finished up and we love it. Jonathan was very responsive, and gave us great ideas and direction. He was excellent with communication and giving me a heads up about stuff, which is helpful with having young kids and trying to plan our day around having people in the house. I have heard nightmare stories about contractors, so going into a remodel I was nervous about how it all would go and was so pleasantly surprised! Jonathan took the time to help us pick out our tile at the Tile Shop, helped us with decisions when we weren't sure what to pick at times and just overall did his job with excellence! At one point there was a discrepancy with how much tile we ordered and how much we actually received- Jonathan met with the manager at the tile store and cleared the situation up without us having to do anything at all. Many time we thought how blessed we were that we had Jonathan as our contractor. I couldn't be more thankful with how the process went!

I was totally new at having any renovations done to my home and continue to be so thankful that I chose Jonathan with The Spiva Group to do the work. I had him start with my bathroom renovation, then when that went so well I hired him to do a complete renovation in my kitchen and dining room, including creating an 8 ft opening in a wall. It was clear he knew all aspects of the job and was very attentive and participatory from beginning to end. He and his team were very trustworthy, dependable, knowledgeable and meticulous. Jonathan was always easy to communicate with, either by email, text or call. His great personality took a lot of the stress out of such a big renovation and he would offer suggestions to help the completed project look its best. I highly recommend Jonathan and look forward to using him again in the future.

What a great experience it was working with The Spiva Group. I did not know what to expect with a basement remodel, but having someone like Jonathan at the helm of the project was extremely comforting. When hiring a company to do this kind of work, I felt that it was important to have someone with Jonathans experience oversee each stage so that every professional would be held accountable to their work. Unless you know plumbing or electrical codes, how are you going to know that it is done right? There were times during the project where Jonathan did not approve a certain application and he requested that it be redone. That is the future of this business. Hiring The Spiva Group should be considered a part of your investment in your project as well as insurance that the project is of the highest quality. Your home is typically one of your largest assets. Don't take shortcuts be hiring a generalists to do your work. I couldn't be more please with TSG's service and performance. Jonathan remodeled two bathrooms for us, installed new hardwood in our entire house, painted the interior of our entire house, and many other smalle jobs within as well. Everything was executed flawlessly and it all looked fabulous. Amazing work and we will definitely be calling him again.

Our remodeled master bath exceeds our expectations. The result is striking and functional, and we were pleased to find that the construction process had little impact on our daily lives.
