We love our home remodel from J Davies Builders! The process from beginning to end was very good, and Justin and his contractors are very professional and trustworthy. You are in great hands with this company. They stuck to the estimated timeframe of completion. We had new floors through the house, ceilings raised, walls taken out and a brand new kitchen installed and we absolutely love it! Great details and final touches throughout.

Justin Davies is simply the best contractor we could’ve had. He was always on time and always communicative. He is always friendly and brings the best subcontractors with him at all times. His prices are fair; he is not the most expensive nor is the least expensive. I cannot express my gratitude to Justin for the amount of work, patience and compassion he showed me and my family during the addition onto my house. He is simply extraordinary and without question trust worthy and dependent. I can recommend him without question or reservation.

Justin recently completed a huge renovation project for us - kitchen, master bath, hall bath, family room, living room, wood floors - and we could not be more pleased. He is a reliable, communicative problem-solver. Justin stands out from other contractors in that he is on the job daily as the supervisor. He sticks to the schedule and takes the budget seriously - if there are changes in either he is quick to address them. His crew is lovely, trustworthy, and does high quality work. Attention to detail matters, and Justin has this on all levels - from the integrity of the design down to the clean-up. I highly recommend J Davies Builders for any project. J Davies Builders, Inc and specifically Justin Davies were amazing. He remodeled 4 rooms: kitchen, dining room, laundry room and foyer. They completed the remodel in 9 weeks. Justin was easy and delightful to work with. I was pleasantly surprised at his classy touches. Like having the windows washed as the job was completed. He has excellent subs and is a very good communicator. I have recommended Justin/J Davies Builders to my friends.

We loved working with Justin/J Davies Builders. He was the contractor for our kitchen remodel and always kept us informed, was reliable and trustworthy. His crew did great work, and the job site was always left clean at the end of the day. It was such a great experience working with Justin that we had him come back and do another job for us.

Justin did a great job for us! He communicates extremely well and he was at the job site every day to supervise and assist his subcontractors. He put together a great team of tradesmen to perform the work, and he is a hard worker himself. We establish a schedule at the beginning of the project and he made sure he stuck to it through completion. He did a great job placing all of our kitchen appliances, too. We had a very minimal "punch list" at the end because Justin was constantly making sure everything was done right the first time, and if any corrections were needed, he performed them right away. Justin was very fair with the few changes we made, crediting back anything unused and charging us only for the actual additional effort. He also assisted us with several post-construction projects we had, and again, he was very fair. Justin is also a personable individual. He's enjoyable to have around the house, and he was around a lot during the construction! Bottom line - we would definitely hire Justin again!

We hired Justin to remodel our master bedroom and master bath in 2018. He did a fantastic job and we are thrilled with the outcome. The work was high quality and Justin was very professional from start to finish. The project started on-time and ended on schedule, and on budget. No surprises! Early in the project we had a family emergency and we were out of town for over two weeks. Justin continued working and allowed us to delay milestone payments until we returned. We felt very fortunate to know that Justin was on the job and continuing the project even during our absence. We would definitely hire Justin again for future projects and we recommend him highly.

As a designer who specializes in whole house remodel plans, I work with many contractors. When it came to remodeling the lower level of my home, I selected J. Davies Builders and am so pleased that I did. Justin is supremely professional, thorough and experienced. He plans ahead, is organized and reliable. He is an excellent communicator who goes out of his way to explain processes and details so that you feel informed and comfortable. Remodeling is a stressful process, where many decisions need to be made and there are unexpected issues that arise even with the best planning. Justin is a team player. He is open to brainstorming to find the best solution and has the clients's best interests above all else. He and his team were solution oriented. Justin's process is to take on one or two projects at a time so that he can be present and complete them within the deadline. It is a personalized approach that both my husband and I, and my clients appreciate. We are very happy with the work of Justin and his team and will definitely use his services in the future and recommend him to my clients for their projects.

What a project and what a wonderful company to help fulfill our dreams of a remodeled kitchen and bathroom. Justin, the owner of J Davies Builders Inc, was a pleasure to work with. There were many detours in the original project and no "surprise" was too daunting for Justin. He always had a "can do - no problem" attitude. The quality of his work was beyond our highest expectations. He was punctual and expected the same of his subs. Justin has a strong work ethic and demanded the same from his subs. He was friendly but professional and always fair not only to us his customers, but also to his subs. I just wish I had known Justin many projects ago - but he probably was still in Middle School with no work permit! A kitchen remodel is never fun but it was almost so with Justin around! He is just an all around good guy and a great contractor.

Justin Davies began our project by educating us, explaining the process and providing us with an estimate of costs which was within a few dollars of the final cost. Along with an education came insightful ideas to consider---an extra niche in the shower for example---which enhanced our enjoyment of the finished product. Each Monday Justin gave us a calendar of what to expect during the coming week, the names of the folks who would be doing the work and what they would accomplish. Workmen arrived on time and, at the end of the day our home was clean and trash free. When not actually working at our home Justin checked in on a daily basis, often stopping by to check on the work being done. He consistently returned phone calls and texts within hours. We could not be more pleased with the finished project. Integrity, professional, creative, polite, timely are all words that should be applied to Justin Davies and every one of the people who worked on our home. Thank you Justin!
