We did moderate renovations outside and an extensive remodel inside this beautiful 1920's Spanish Bungalow located in North Park. We refinished the home's original hardwood floors and did minor restoration to the antique gum wood cabinets with original stain glass. The bathroom was also freshened up with a new sink, new tile, and bathtub. The kitchen was the most extensive; taken down to the studs it was a complete remodel with updated electrical, plumbing, new cabinets, tile, flooring, and appliances. We also added a sunlight filled breakfast nook as well as an island for a true cook's kitchen. The final update was installing the comfort of central heating and air conditioning.

The outside of the house was enhanced with fresh paint colors. The completely concrete backyard was demolished to install beautiful quarts flagstone pavers with planted clover in-between. Enjoyable features of a sandbox for the kids, a hot tub, and shade sales for comfort and privacy were also added.
