Aleem and his team are fun, down to earth, and a joy to work with! They were there from start to finish throughout the project. Along the way, they gave helpful suggestions and practical advice, provided a much-appreciated creative eye, and helped make our vision a reality--even some of the more odd ideas and requests!

Aleem + team = DREAM RENOVATION!!! Our renovation is finished and it looks spectacular! Aleem was always upbeat and positive, which I really needed when we hit some renovation obstacles. I am truly grateful for his expertise. I would absolutely use Aleem again for our next renovation!

Aleem and Phyllis definitely have something special. They are class personified and have that young swagger! They did their best to try and keep within our low budget and yet produce something amazing! The sourcing of trades people to match the cost and not sacrifice quality is something that we appreciated very much! Aleem was the primary owner of our project and we communicated with him quite often. His response times as well as his professionalism is on another level. His dedication to his craft is evident when you work with him. Our design work was a back and forth affair to ensure we get as close to what we wanted. At times we felt bad for returning the designs back with more changes. Their efforts and willingness to help us achieve the best design is priceless. To see points of views from our side and incorporating them shows they listen and also considers ideas from the clients. Kalu handled everything about our renovations from top to bottom. From sourcing materials, colors, designs to overseeing the project, overseeing issues and assessing problems. Aleem always had his finger on the pulse. They took the burden off our shoulders and made this renovations of ours THE best we have ever experienced and THE least amount of stress to endure. If you are in the Vancouver, BC area, Kalu SHOULD be in your list, if not your top 3, for your next job. You would be hard pressed to find another team this committed to perfecting and excelling in what they do!

Aleem is such a pleasure to work with! Jimmy and I had 2 very different taste in home styles and he was able to bring the 2 together. We would have never imagined our house to look like it does to day! It's our dream home! Would def rehire Kalu for any future projects in a heart beat. We miss working with them!

Alleem came into our renovated space and helped design our living room - he knew my love for the montauk sofa and sourced the sofa and fabric for our space. It looks amazing and will not hesitate to have him back for our next project.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! from start to finish and everywhere in between. We were relocating from Toronto to Vancouver and purchased a somewhat dated 10 year old, 2 bedroom condo. THANKS to the design style, hard-work & dedication of Aleem Kassam this Condo is PICTURE PERFECT! A complete re-model; from top to bottom. New bathrooms, bedroom(s), and kitchen; every faucet, light fixture and door handle. Aleem and his wonderful team have a vision for beauty coupled with non stop "whatever it takes" attitude to get the project completed within budget, on time, and to our complete satisfaction. We took a risk turning a 2nd bedroom into a sitting lounge and WOW, we now have the lounge ( and entire condo) equal to any 5 star hotel! We would highly recommend any of the design services provided by Kalu Interiors - our expectations were certainly exceeded in every aspect of this renovation.

Aleem is amazing!!! I had been planning this renovation for years but had no idea where to start. Aleem was able to take me through the process step by step and would come up with solutions that I would never have thought of. Needless to say, I am in love with my new home and cannot wait to start a new project with him!

Hired the company to do a complete renovation to the main floor of my townhouse. A wall between the kitchen and family room was taken down. The old laminate was removed, floor leveled and new engineered flooring was installed. Old tiling in the powder room removed and new tiling installed. All the walls and ceilings painted throughout. New pot lights installed in the kitchen and family room. New custom built cabinets and quartz counter tops installed in the kitchen. I left all the decisions, with a little input from myself, to Aleem. The final results were beyond my wildest expectations. All my family and friends are raving about the transformation. I'm enjoying my new place again. All the work was completed on time and budget as promised. The companies hired by Kalu Interiors to do the work were very professional and always showed up on time. Glad to have made the decision to hire Aleem and Kalu Interiors.

We were working with Aleem from Kalu interiors. We saw his work from a previous project he had done and fell in love and knew he was the designer we needed to take on our full Kitchen & bathroom renovations, He is very professorial, does things in a timely manner, has impeccable taste and can turn any drab room/house into a fabulous one! Our house was ready for our Christmas party and our guests were all blown away by his work. He also helped me pick out all new furniture for our living rooms and dining rooms. Our house is a 20 year old house and now looks like a brand new home which will be great if we decide to sell. Kalu has started working with friends of ours who are also very happy with their homes. Highly recommend Kalu to anyone looking for the best interior designers in Vancouver. I have worked with 2 other designers in the city and no one even comes close to Kalu interiors taste and pricing. Will be using Kalu for all our future projects.
