This was our second project with Ke Design. Our first project with them turned out amazingly well, and somehow, Ketty, Jerry and team exceeded our already high expectations this second time around with an even more incredible well planned, well executed project! For this project, we requested a total redesign for our kids bedrooms and some updates to our home office. From start to finish, Ke Design was amazing! The design process with them is straightforward, transparent and Ketty's natural talent as a designer really shines at this stage in the project. Her design fundamentals, attention to detail, knowledge of suppliers and materials, general style and overall approach are highly impressive. What was even more impressive is her understanding of the realities of the construction process and implementation - the end results look precisely like the original design drawings, no sacrifices, and there were even some improvements along the way as the project came together. This is another huge upside for working with Ke Design - within reasonable boundaries, they are able to make adjustments as the project proceeds that really resulted in an incredible final result, and really took all the stress out of a fairly significant renovation project. The contractor teams that Ke design uses are top notch, punctual, professional and talented. We have experienced this both times working with them and feel so lucky to have had wonderful contractors working in our home. The contractors are so well aligned with Ketty and Jerry on the final project outcome and did a phenomenal job bringing the design vision to life, including solving some quite challenging and unique construction puzzles along the way to deliver the design features and look and feel we were looking for. Ketty and Jerry were always on top of the project, overseeing all work performed, preparing materials and measurements in advance so that everything was ready ahead of the contractors day of work, identifying small issues to be corrected, reminding us of orders to be placed, decisions that needed attention. They were very communicative as well as responsive, always available for questions or concerns, always willing to provide ideas and solutions to items that would come up. The entire project went so smoothly because of them, we would have never had the time to manage it all without them. Ketty's design expertise and Jerry's organization and project management are a great combination and really elevate Ke Design as a top tier design firm. In the end, our kids bedrooms turned out so much better than we had envisioned them!! Not only beautiful but also functional and most important of all is that they will grow with them. Overall we couldn't be more happy with our final transformed spaces, delivered on schedule, with incredible quality and attention to detail, and would highly highly recommend Ke design for your own design projects. We hired KE Design to design and renovate our bathroom on the second floor of our Victorian house. Ketty and Jerry were wonderful to work with, very responsive, patiently answering all our questions and finding creative solutions. The design was particularly complicated because the bathroom was on two levels, one part being six inches lower than the other. Nobody else who had viewed the space knew how to deal with this. Ketty and Jerry cleverly suggested raising the lower part and using the gap to rearrange the plumbing. This allowed us to easily move the toilet and bathtub. They moved one of the walls 18 inches into an adjoining bedroom space to accommodate a vanity with two sinks. The finished design was gorgeous, elegant and functional. Ketty and Jerry work with Khoang and his company Modern Leaf Construction who did the actual renovation. Khoang and his team were easy to work with, respectful, neat and pleasant to have around the house. Their work was excellent, and amazingly, done on budget and on schedule. We couldn’t be happier with the final result.

We engaged Ke Design to completely gut and redesign our basement space. While I had remodeled some other spaces in the home myself, the basement was long, narrow and awkward, not to mention the plumbing and electrical complexity. I really wanted to make the most of the space but on a budget. We couldn’t have done it without Ke! It was so worth the investment to have Ketty design the space! Ke Design were (pardon the pun) key in the design for our basement renovation. Ketty and Jerry were professional, easy to work with and best of all very responsive to communication. All my questions and concerns were consistently met with helpful responses in a timely manner. We could not have completed our renovation without them and are thrilled with the results.

We used Ke Design Collective this summer for a complete remodel of our family bathroom. We hired them for both design and project management and couldn't be happier about our decision to do so. Between moving homes and welcoming and a new baby we were completely overwhelmed by the thought of making so many decisions and had no idea where to begin. Ketty and Jerry asked many questions and really helped us define our style for the project. They stayed mindful of our must-haves and our budget when putting together the initial design proposals. We were so impressed with their eye for detail and ability to design a space that was both beautiful and functional for a family of 4 (with two young kids). Even though we faced some unexpected delays with the vanity, Ke Design collective made sure we had access to the tub/shower so we could give the kids' baths in the meantime. We used their recommended contractor (Remodel Renovation) which was a huge advantage because the communication was seamless and the contractor understands their vision. Above all, Ketty and Jerry are just all around wonderful people. You can tell how much they enjoy the work they do and their clients. Hiring Ketty was the best decision we made in our kitchen renovation. From the first meeting we felt incredibly comfortable with her. She brings a fantastic design sense but always listened closely to what we were looking for and brought that into the design. The kitchen is exactly what we wanted and better than we could have imagined. Her project management service was impeccable. She is an extremely hard worker and made everything easy for us. Her contractor was fantastic. The project finished on budget and significantly ahead of schedule. My wife and I had wanted to renovate two of our bathrooms, but waited until we found a designer and contractor that checked all of our boxes in terms of style, communication, attention to detail, and budget. We came across Ke Design Collective on Instagram and followed them for a few months before reaching out. We really liked the range in their posts, from their aesthetic to their explanation of the different choices one can make in their renovations. Their content was very educational and they separated themselves from many other interior design companies on social media. After our first meeting with Ketty, we felt comfortable working with her in coming up with our dream washrooms. Ketty listened carefully to what we needed, asked us lots of questions to understand what our style is, and incorporated what she learned about us into our project. When we were presented with a few design options, we were very happy with everything we saw. It was hard picking just one option to go forward with! Ketty’s drawings are extremely detailed and gave us comfort in knowing that the contractors had the measurements they needed. When it came to selecting products and fixtures, Ketty was very good at helping us stay within the budget we gave her. Even with a somewhat conservative budget, Ketty was still able to select very nice pieces that helped our bathroom look stylish and be functional at the same time. Her extensive list of trade discounts also gave us lots of options. Remodel Renovations (RR) was the contracting company that executed the work. They were contractors that Ketty regularly worked with and from the beginning this was evident. They were in constant communication to make sure everyone was on the same page. Ketty and RR also have a network of trades people that specialize in millwork and countertops. These people often work with each other and it helped make communication between them pretty seamless. RR are clearly very experienced and skilled in their craft. They often explained to us what they needed to do, why they did it that way, and kept our home very clean at the end of everyday. We would happily have RR work on our home in the future. Overall, Ketty was instrumental in helping our projects come to life. Not only is she a skilled designer, her project management skills helped the project go smoothly. She was very responsive to our questions throughout the project and often visited our home during the construction to make sure things were going well. By the end of the project, it felt like we had been working with good friends. Ketty and Jerry are a pleasure to work with and we always enjoyed chatting with them. We’re super happy with our new bathrooms and we’ve received so many compliments from friends and colleagues! We will definitely reach out to them again in the future for our next big project.
