Keel Custom Homes

After building two homes in Richmond with other builders, we had a pretty clear idea of what to expect. Keel raised the bar in every way. Their attention to detail and level of service stood out, but what really made the difference was how much they cared about our experience. We felt heard, valued, and comfortable asking questions. We never felt like just another number or another house to get finished, which was a very different experience from our previous builds. Building a home is a huge investment, financially and personally. Having a team that takes that as seriously as you do makes all the difference. Keel far surpassed our previous experiences, and if we were building again, they would be our first call.

We love working with the team at Keel! Their entire team is involved throughout the process from beginning planning & selections to the completion of the home. We highly recommend them!

Keel Custom Homes, as a valued Customer, is a great company to work with. We, E.A. Holsten, Inc. Appliances Distributors, have provided many of their Single Family homes in the Richmond Metro area with high quality Frigidaire appliances. They are organized from Design phase through Construction. They offer the prospective Homeowner a comfortable and satisfying buying experience. Looking forward to future business with them.

Working with the team at Keel is the best! They have great communication and value their relationships with their clients and trades partners. From meeting with Bridget and homeowners on making/finalizing selections, to working with Chip, Mark and Nate on site, they make the process smooth and transparent. They take pride in their work and it shows in the results! Keel thanks for being the true and talented professionals you are- Richmond is a better place because of you!

Bridget with Keel Custom Homes is always so informative, professional and friendly when making selections with homeowners. I work with her directly on Flooring Selections at Old Dominion Floor Company and she is always prepared for the meeting, and able to answer any homeowner questions on the spot.

Working with Bridget and the rest of the Keel team on a professional level has been such a great experience. All projects are well managed, organized, and all information is given upfront. If you need someone to guide you through the building process and make your dream home, a reality, these guys are the ones. As a trade partner they are my favorite account to work with due to how well they communicate. And they would be my first choice as a builder, hands down.

We have worked alongside Keel Custom Homes on many projects over the years and they truly are a first class company! Their communication , scheduling of work , and craftsmanship is top notch. They always demand the highest quality of work for their homes but in a very thoughtful and well planned manner. I would highly recommend Keel for anyone looking to build any type of home, remodel , addition , and light commercial project as we have worked with them in all of these capacities.

Keels team is smart, personable, and genuine. We had a great experience and a smooth build with very few hiccups.

Keel did an excellent job as our builder through their build on your lot program. From pricing and plan design to construction scheduling and hitting their timeframes, everything went smoothly. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a large home renovation or new construction build from the ground up.

It was great working with the Keel team. Their designer really spent the time to get to know my tastes and preferences and the building team did a great job communicating and building our home. I love my new home experience!
