Keiser Design Group

3 Pillar Homes uses Keiser Design Group for all of our floor plan needs! We directly work with Adam Rainwater, who is phenomenal! The first plan we receive from Adam is based off of what a homeowner is beginning to envision. After seeing that first floor plan, we then send any revisions to Adam that we have described on the plan. Within a few days we have a revised floor plan! This process may take a few go arounds just based on what the homeowner is envisioning but Adam never ceases to disappoint us with his turnaround time and attention to detail! We have enjoyed working with Adam from prospective customers, to current homeowners, and our parade homes! He also always shares his advice on whether something will or will not work in a house, fundamentally, which is a standard for 3 Pillar. We strive to not only to build pretty homes, but to make sure they fundamentally are sound and Adam supports us in that process.

We have had a somewhat complicated situation (at least to us) in regards to a significant addition/remodel. Keiser Design Group has been exceptional in their dedication to client satisfaction, despite the many changes in plans. Mr. Keiser is an excellent trouble shooter, trying to achieve the end results as quickly and effectively as possible. He is a straight shooter, while being extremely personable at the same time. I would also like to mention and thank Nate as well. Nate was a pleasure to work with, I was always impressed with how quickly he would respond to requests and status checks. We hired Keiser Design Group to do plans for a redesign for a totally new build out on an office space that far exceeded our expectations. We took the space from what was 2 offices and wanted a more inviting feel that matched the country/barn style that is popular in our area. They nailed it as well as being easy to work with and highly professional. I only wish they would have been doing the construction as well!
