I was referred to Keith and Elegant construction by a close friend (who did two bathrooms and a kitchen remodel with them) and after getting quotes from several companies, theirs stood out as the most favorable and comprehensive. I first hired them to renovate two bathrooms last year and was so pleased with the results that I brought them back for a full kitchen remodel—which just wrapped up successfully. Their pricing is competitive, and the quality of work is very good. I was especially impressed with the electrical and tile work on both projects. The foreman and crews are skilled, professional, and efficient. Even though I had a designer, Keith and his team offered thoughtful suggestions that made the final result even better aligned with my vision. A couple things to keep in mind: as with any contractor, make sure to read your quotes carefully—I missed that trim work wasn't included in the original painting estimate. Also, the teams tend to start early, which was fine for me but might require a heads-up to your neighbors if noise is a concern. Overall, highly recommend them for home renovation projects!

I highly recommend Elegant Construction (Keith Schuler and associates) for your home improvement projects. They did a remarkable job on our bathroom demo and redo in 2024. Keith's estimate was on-spot and all the details were clearly stated within the document. He stayed on time and within budget with our project. His associates were very respectful of our home while the demo and redo were in progress. Keith has excellent listening skills and his professional expertise was gladly welcomed. Always came on time. Fixed everything according to plan. Came back when there was a drain problem and even sent a plumber. He has tiled my house before and that's why I reached out to him to fix a bathroom shower pan leak. We ended up redoing to entire shower, as the tile kept cracking. He was even able to enlarge the shower and add a light. Very trustworthy!

We didn't want to currently do a complete kitchen make over but he was willing to support our small project.
