Kevin and Carrie and their entire team are the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! I am living in my dream home now that we have completed a full first floor remodel and remodel of all the bathrooms. From the first meeting to the last where they were taking pictures of the finished project, I enjoyed every interaction. I came with ideas and pictures torn from magazines, and together, we created something extraordinary! When people walk into my home, they say, "WOW!" and "I love the vibe of your home." Kevin's experience led the way with certain features like moving from my dream gas range to induction (which I love!), a super powerful vent that takes every cooking smell right out of the house, to a great last-minute idea for the mudroom/entryway that added another WOW factor to that room. Carrie was fantastic in helping me to pick tile, cabinets, and flooring and feel confident that it would all flow to create the ambiance I was going for - a coastal beach house vibe. She encouraged me to be bold with some tile choices when I was going to play it safe, and I'm so happy for her encouragement. The bolder tiles make my kitchen pop and really give it that extra wow. Kevin said my project would be 15 weeks, and it was 15 weeks. Kevin said my project total would be "X," and it was "X." I moved out for this remodel, so being on time and on budget was very important, and he was a man of his word on both counts. The KRB staff was also amazing! They had to come back to tweak things and help me learn about my new home, but no one ever said no. In fact, it was just the opposite. They came quickly and were eager to make sure I was happy. This was a major remodel, and I invested a lot of money, a lot could have gone wrong, but instead it all went right and even better!! When I decided to change my flooring once they ripped my home down to the studs, Kevin didn't panic. He wanted me to be happy and he and Carrie helped me find the flooring I wanted. Even with this last-minute change, it didn't set the project back from completion but for a couple of days because the flooring guy powered through for us. How many people can say they want to be friends with their contractor after a major project like this? Not too many, but I 100% want to be friends with Kevin and Carrie for years to come. In fact, we are already talking about our next project -an outdoor kitchen. If you are looking for a GREAT experience with people who genuinely care and do what they say with the highest of integrity, I highly recommend you stop in and meet the Roy's. I'm so glad I did. Every time I walk into my home, I am filled with so much gratitude for the life I am blessed to live. We have hired KRB twice, once for a tv room remodel and once for a major kitchen remodel (actually most of the first floor), and would highly recommend them. They have all the staff necessary to: design and plan the remodel, get structural engineering plans, building permits, estimate costs, and then make the plan a reality. Any sub-contractors are fully supervised and corrected as necessary. For example, our countertop contractors were balking at how tight a radius some of the corners were planned to be, the owner of KRB got them to remove the countertops again and buy the right tooling to cut the planned corner radius. This level of attention to detail has be prevalent throughout our experiences with KRB.

We recently finished our 3-month first-floor remodel, including the kitchen, bathroom, and so much more. The team at KRB did an amazing job of bringing our vision to life and creating a space that is both functional and beautiful. Everyone we worked with at KRB was professional, prompt, and always available to answer any questions we had. The attention to detail was impressive, from the custom cabinetry to the perfect tile choices, and glamorous lighting. The finished result is a kitchen and bathroom that not only looks great but exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend KRB to anyone looking to update their space.

KRB redesigned and constructed our new kitchen. The owner and designer, Kevin Roy, is extremely talented and did an amazing job with our kitchen design. His team is very professional and attentive and even after completion of the project, KRB has come back to make some minor adjustments. We love our new kitchen and thoroughly enjoy cooking and cleaning up in it. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

We wanted to thank the KRB Team for their work on our master bathroom. The final result was beyond our expectations. An amazing transformation from what was aptly described as "the cave". All aspects of the work - from design and construction to final glass installation - was managed professionally with attention given to ensure customer satisfaction. The project was not without it's challenges. The custom glass shower provided some unexpected issues. But the team stuck with it and resolved the situation to our satisfaction. Special thanks to Meaghan, Mike, Keith, Johnny and the glass guys for all their help. I would recommend KRB to other customers.

Kevin was our designer and presented us with a beautiful kitchen design by combining 2 small rooms; the original tiny kitchen and a small dining room. He relocated the diniing room by opening up a wall adjacent to the original tiny kitchen. It was a challenging project because our house is 2 small old houses (1700’s and mid 1800’s) joined together by an 18” wall that needed to be removed to create the open concept. We did run into a few challenges with leveling floors and ceiling heights, but Kevin’s collaboration with his skilled on-site construction manager solved those issues. They also had to renovate a small bathroom that was connected to the new dining room and move it’s door to a hallway. I have described all of this to give potential clients the scope of our project and the assurance that the KRB staff is friendly, very skilled and seamlessly works together to give you the kitchen and bath of your dreams.

We are loving our beautiful new kitchen! Kevin, Heidi, Trent, Carrie and the rest of the staff at KRB Kitchen and Design Center facilitated a unique and personalized process, from the initial visit to our home to the completion of the project. We were carefully guided through design, products selection, and scheduling, and the project was kept on time even with some unforeseen glitches. The craftsmen and sub-contractors who worked in our home were always professional, talented and polite. KRB is a small, local company who provide the absolute best in kitchen and bath renovation and we look forward to working with them again soon!

We LOVE our KRB kitchen! After years of dreaming about a new kitchen, Kevin designed the perfect layout for our family. He combined our kitchen and living areas to create the most beautiful entertaining space. The vendors KRB works with are top-notch. We went with Harmoni cabinets and the workmanship is amazing. We are also pleased Kevin suggested the Galley workstation. It is so efficient and I can’t imagine cooking/prepping food without it! Trent was extremely professional and organized when dealing with shipments and payments. The attention to detail was much-appreciated. We knew we were going with the BEST when we chose KRB because Kevin designed our mudroom several years ago. Prior to our kitchen remodel, the mudroom was our favorite room in the house! You won’t be sorry if you choose KRB for your next project!

We did a complete kitchen and bath demo and remodel. As well as having a porch finished off and misc other whole house upgrades. Job started right on time and kept to schedule. Workers were on time and left the site cleaned up every night. Budget was pretty damn close to spot on. With the system they use use, you know what you're paying at all times. Changes and upgrades are easy and you know the costs up front. Excellent finance/project system. Kevin and his crew are a pleasure to work with and stand behind their work. Very happy customers.

From initial consultation to final walk through, the professionals at KRB were great to work with. From design options for our new kitchen and master suite, to materials selection, through installation, the entire KRB team was responsive to our needs, budget and design changes. Kevin’s designs were outstanding creating an open concept, front to back kitchen and living space. Hiedi was very patient with us and did a great job helping us select the best materials for the design. Finally Bob and the construction staff were friendly, responsive and communicated very well. Their work was top notch. Most importantly, we came in slightly under our planned budget. We’ve already recommended KRB to family.
