About Us

With a degree in Professional Interior Design from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, Kathy Browning’s early design background covered retail, commercial and residential design. Kathy was an instructor in the Interior Design Department of Tidewater Community College and owner of Design Consultants, a 43 year-old business working exclusively with builders in Model Home Merchandising.

Awards

A prestigious member of the Institute of Residential Marketing, Certified Marketing Professional through the National Association of Homebuilders. Browning is the only designer in the CVBIA to hold NAHB’s Certified Green Professional, MIRM and Certified Aging in Place designations.
