When my husband and I met with Kita, we had already interviewed 4 other interior designers/stagers for our condo in Century City. Kita, unlike the others, was open to listening to our thoughts, likes and preferences and kept them all in mind when she presented her final staging plan. She has a great eye for design and style, while keeping it within a reasonable budget. (Kita was not the least expensive quote I received, but several thousands below the most expensive quotes.) Kita is all the positive adjectives in the reviews before mine. In addition, she took great care when staging our unit, treating our home as it it were hers. Our realtor told us that several potential buyers would just come in and sit for awhile commenting on how comfortable and welcoming our unit was. All thanks to Kita! Needless to say, our condo sold within the first week of listing. And there's more: from past bad experiences with stagers, I was very nervous about the removal of the staging and potential damage left behind. Kita and her crew carefully removed all the staging with absolutely no damage whatsoever! Even the nail holes were hard to detect and our newly installed white carpet was spotless! I cannot say enough great things about Kita. I was hesitant to use an interior decorator for my apartment but I am so glad I did and that I used Kita. From the initial consultation to the day of moving in, Kita made everything a breeze. Her taste is impeccable and she completely created the environment and mood I wanted in my apartment.
