Hany was excellent when he came to give us an estimate. Very knowledgeable and professional for a new countertop. The installers arrived today and within a few hours it was completely finished. They are very particular to details and conscious of leaving a clean workspace. We did give them a new challenge in that we live in an RV rather than a site built house. They met the challenge and won. We highly recommend this company and their employees.

We did a full gut reno of a 5,000 sq ft home - every bathroom, the kitchen, major structural changes, and full exterior. Even though it’s a huge undertaking, Hani & Mamoon made it feel manageable. They used quality materials, stayed on schedule, fixed any hiccups along the way without cutting corners, and were upfront and fair throughout. I’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy team. They turned our house into something truly special!

Prior to hiring KHD for a full home renovation, we requested quotes from five other well-reviewed contractors. Of the three that provided itemized proposals, KHD’s was the most competitive; they were also one of the few with a showroom (i.e. less likely to run off with our money). Beyond pricing, they made a strong early impression: Hany, who is also a licensed realtor, offered several value-adding improvement ideas while being mindful of our budget, and Mamoon invested significant time refining the design and scope with us even before we signed the contract. Since contractor horror stories are common and I tend to be cautious, I hired a construction lawyer to review KHD’s contract, and KHD graciously accepted all revisions. Demo began within a week of signing. Although the completion estimate was 12 weeks, substantial completion took roughly 20 weeks. Some delays stemmed from two change orders and my exacting standards, while others were due to rework. While I wish things had been done to my satisfaction the first time and that new surfaces had been better protected during construction, I recognize that my expectations may be high for this price point. I’m just grateful that each time we pointed out a preference or an issue, Mamoon would go out of his way to accommodate and resolve them without pushback. His crews were also patient with our requests and maintained a positive attitude. All in all, I am glad that we chose KHD. They did not nickel-and-dime us, even when they would have been justified in doing so. They honored their pre-tariff pricing and used mid-tier or better materials because they take their warranty seriously. Higher-tier upgrades were available, but there was never any pressure to select them. At the end of the day, I wanted fair pricing and contractors that are responsive, honest, trustworthy, and do good work, and KHD delivered. I am thankful to Mamoon, Hany, and their crews (shout out to Noe) for tirelessly working with us to make our vision a reality. We are now enjoying our beautifully renovated home and have already recommended KHD to several family members and friends.

This guys were outstanding. I have been wanting to do this my whole life and have always been afraid of getting some hack contractor who would end up ripping me off, tearing up my house and leaving me in the lurch with huge bills and a lean on my house and all of the other nightmares you can think of. I will tell you that they have restored my face. Mamon annd Haney were outstanding. Not one time did I ever call any of these people that they did not answer my call. Every single time they answered. The prices were reasonable and I never felt like they were trying to overcharge me or under charge to get the bid. I cannot say enough. And this was a big job. They did almost a complete redo of my house. New insulation, new aid conditioners, new furnace, new water heater, tankless, new toilet, new floors, paint, cabinets, redo of the kitchen, light fixtures, Roof repair, windows replaced, garage door replaced, and it just goes on.had an interior designer who said she couldn’t do all of the things that they did. Great work ethic and completed on time and according to contract agreement. Their response time was more than satisfactory and speedy when handling all our questions and concerns. I really do recommend especially if your looking for quality materials and great service paired together. Our fireplace now looks like it was made for Beverly Hills but on a manageable budget. We are definitely looking forward to our next remodel project.

We worked with Mamoom at KHD to remodel our entire home and are super pleased with the final outcome. Mamoon is exceptionally talented designer with incredible taste and eye for the final outcome. The entire KHD team along with the contractors they hire are thorough professionals, cordial and always willing to go the extra mile. I have worked with several people in the construction industry and it is always challenging to get hold of them but Mamoon and Hanny were always available to answer our calls even in the evening and weekends. One thing that really sets them apart is their after sales service. They have helped me resolve minor issues several months even after they were done. I would highly recommend them for any remodeling project.

We are very happy with the end result of our remodeling project. KHDesigns has great teams and when you're not happy about something, they try to be responsive and accommodating.

I recently contracted K&HD to remodel my home. Things began well but quickly went bad. Subcontractors failed to show up as scheduled and I was rarely communicated with. I had to chase them for status and follow-up. The project took 4 months to complete with workers at my home less than 1/3 of the time. Work quality was poor and I had to QA the work. Agreed to rework was not completed. I contacted K&HD and informed them that I would have the balance work completed by others after giving them over 4 months to finish. Needless to say, I did not agree to pay for unfinished work. After expressing my discontent, KH&D sent me an invoice with outrageous costs for "changes" that they failed to communicate/get approval of in advance. They have failed to send anyone or communicate with me to rectify the situation other than the coordinator who was originally assigned the work. My original intent was for K&HD to complete the balance of my remodel; however that plan changed when they failed to perform satisfactorily. I am very disappointed as I had high hopes for K&HD originally.

My wife and I hired Kitchen & Home Design, Inc. to do a full kitchen remodel (new cabinets, counter tops, back splash, sink, cooktop, hood, and dishwasher. We also transformed cabinets that were on the outside of the kitchen facing our living room from ordinary kitchen cabinets into a spectacular bar. Mazin Helmi was our project coordinator. Every stage of this project went smoothly, largely due to Mazin’s diligent oversight. Mazin was great to work with. He was incredibly responsive as he answered questions day and night. He maintained a constant “can do” attitude and he always went the extra mile for us. Simply put, Mazin was a joy to work with throughout our project. The crew who performed the work on our kitchen did fabulous work. They were incredibly detail-oriented. We have an usual shaped island, which required the crew to cut and fit together two large slabs of quartz. They did such a great job that it is nearly impossible to find the seam between the two slabs of quartz. As for our bar, this is something that now sets our house apart from other houses. Mazin understood the importance of this part of the project and diligently worked with us to formulate the design do

We did a major renovation at our home. From planning to completion we were provided with excellent service. The owners went above and beyond to ensure that our project was completed on time and within the budget we had set. They were extremely helpful and very patient. We had excellent advice on the selection of our finishes. The entire construction team was very professional and courteous. They did everything in the way of final touch-ups to make our home look great. Extremely pleased ! . We will definitely use this company in the future for other projects that we are looking at.

Great company to work with. Very professional and very helpful. Whoever’s in charge of your work will keep you updated throughout the project and communication was great which is one of the things I’m very big on They will come to your house and give you a free estimate and then you can go to the design center to pick everything out. They will help you with the look you’re going for and selections. Not the cheapest but definitely not the most expensive and really good value for the work they do.

After interviewing several renovation companies we decided to work with KHD. What stood out to us the most was their friendliness and the willingness to listen to our ideas. I had a clear vision of what I wanted down to the smallest of details. From the owner, Hany to the general contractor, Samer to the showroom manager, Eyad they all were polite and very easy to work with. We had a large renovation. Despite me adding tasks that would end up tacking on weeks to the job, they always accommodated with a smile! (At least to my face anyway. I'm sure I was a pain at times lol). There are a lot of moving parts with large renovations like ours. I would be lying if I said there wasn't any hiccups. With ANY job this size there will be times things don't always go as planned. With that being said, it's all about how those hiccups are handled. Hany and Samer were always on top of any issue and always made it right with true professionalism. That's huge in our book! Our job took several months and we have been happily enjoying our gorgeous new kitchen, beautiful floors throughout, and new laundry room (complete with an amazing doggie shower- thanks Hany for the inspiration!). We recently did a somewhat major remodel of a spare bedroom into a master closet with Mamoon and are VERY happy with the results! Throughout the whole process, he was very communicative and was able to make suggestions on design when I was unsure what would look best. While every remodel project has some unexpected bumps in the road, Mamoon handled every one himself and adjusted accordingly. The lead contractor was amazing and stayed late as needed in order to keep the project on schedule. Would definitely hire these guys again!

I had these folks come out to install some new flooring for me in a house I'm selling. There was an issue with a tile I had chipped and was unable to find a correction for it, but low and behold! The installers found a perfect fit to correct that problem and did a beautiful job installing my vinyl flooring. It was done quickly and precise! Very pleased with this company and will definitely use them for anything I need in the future.

Mamoon helped me find the perfect hardware for my new kitchen cabinets. I went to 8 different kitchen stores and no one helped me find what I was looking for like Mamoon did. He went above and beyond to help me and I will recommend him highly.

A few things stood out for me in my experience with KHC. First, I was impressed with the layout of the store, and all the designs they had to offer. Next, the customer service stood out to me. They were kind, listened to what I was looking for, made suggestions that helped us pick what we were looking for, and most importantly, they made sure that everything was taken care of. If there was a mishap, they were immediately on it; so I felt like I was in good hands. We got wood-look tile, which was more beautiful than I predicted once complete. It was pretty difficult making a choice on which one to pick since there were so many great choices and for a very competitive price. But we definitely made the right choice for the best price, and we are VERY happy with the end result. We also got a light fixture that looks amazing. It makes our house look that much more stylish. I am grateful for their efforts, and would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Houston area!

After extensive research, we chose Kitchen and Home design. We were very pleased with the selection of cabinetry, hardware, countertops, backsplash and sinks. My husband and I bought a condo and decided on Kitchen and Home Design for a total remodeling of it. We needed a lot of guidance on the choices involved, since we had been renting for a number of years. I’m a construction professional currently working with Kitchen & Home Design on 2 remodeling projects. 109 & 105 N. Super st Houston, Tx. Excellent company to work with and they maintain involvement throughout all phase of the remodeling process. 109 was a 2 bdrm/ 1 bath 968 sqft single level home, remodeled in to a 1 1/2 story 4 bdrm / 3 bath home with 2000+ sqft. 105 was a 2 bdrm/ 1 bath 804 sqft single level home and being remodeled in to a 3 or 4 bdrm / 2 or 3 bath 1 1/2 story approximately 2000 sqft home. Both homes upgraded to current codes. I would recommend working with Kitchen & Home Design for your remodeling needs.

We built our home last year and had standard carpet. We wanted to get rid of it at a reasonable price. Kitchen & Home Design helped us install brand new wood look tile which has improved the feel of our home tremendously. They worked with our budget and the final product turned out great!
