We had a great experience working with Kim at Kitchen Sales. We fully renovated our kitchen - new appliances, cabinets, island, etc! Kim walked us through every step and every option. Our project remained on the expected timeline and Kim was communicative about expectations throughout. I’m so glad we found Kitchen Sales and decided to work with them for our first big renovation project. The team’s professionalism and guidance was greatly appreciated.

We recently worked with Kitchen Sales for the second time, and once again designer Kim made the entire experience excellent. She was quick to respond to our questions and offered thoughtful advice along with great options for our kitchenette and bar area cabinets. Everything arrived on time, the finished project looks amazing, and my wife and I truly enjoyed working with her.

We wanted to remodel our master bath. We found Kitchen Sales on line and traveled to Knoxville from Kingsport, TN. We do better with actually seeing things as we plan. We were greeted by Kim Galehouse when we arrived at the store. She seemed a friend from the first greeting. Kim was/is very knowledgeable in cabinet options and was very helpful in showing vanity options and possibilities. We decided on a style and options that day and after providing needed measurements we had a quote. We decided to go with things from Kitchen Sales. We then set up a time to meet with Kim again to make a deposit on the vanity pieces and to also pick out the hardware. Again Kim was very helpful in us finding what we needed. The time frame given when we placed the order was accurate. We chose the option for delivery to our house. The delivery gentleman was on time and very friendly. He also helped me get the pieces inside. Overall this was a very good experience. Even though we were only installing an 8 ft vanity we were treated li,e I would expect for any size project. Kim and the whole team was very friendly and knowledgeable every step of the way. We have tossed around the idea of a Kitchen remodel and if that happens we will definitely get with Kim and the folks at Kitchen Sales. Highly recommend them.

Kim Galehouse was a tremendous asset to our kitchen remodel. Kim was patient and understood our needs and guided us through the process. She gave us great ideas and most importantly, she listened to what we wanted. Kim was honest in the timelines and what to expect at every step. She also directed us to other companies who could provide the additional things we would need. She also assisted us with paint colors since we were making several changes. Most importantly, we trusted Kim to be our advocate through this major renovation. Products are products, but we needed and wanted someone who would listen and we could trust. Kim was that person. We love our kitchen and are entertaining more than ever before.

Worked with Charlee Adams and it was a great experience! She worked closely with me on the design, ordered all the materials and had everything waiting in the warehouse ready for the contractor to start. She even helped us pick out countertops and hardware and helped coordinate all those items. When the contractor started she scheduled the cabinet delivery on time and, after the contractor reviewed the delivery, arraigned for a re-order of additional items the contractor needed. I would definitely return to Kitchen Sales again to work with Charlee on another project.

Erin Bozdan at Kitchen Sales was amazing from start to finish. Her customer service, attention to detail, and pride in her work was unparalleled. We loved her design recommendations and are so pleased with our final outcome. She was patient, kind, talented, and professional in a day and age that these traits are hard to find. Where does one start when you decide to do a complete kitchen remodel? Our large 14' X 25' kitchen space was functionality obsolete. It desperately needed to be redesigned. Ms. Charlee Adams of Kitchen Sales in Knoxville was recommended to us as the best designer in our area. We contacted Charlee, and were very impressed by her knowledge, and suggestions for our new kitchen layout. She showed us many choices of cabinetry, hardware and trim. She listened to what we wished to accomplish and created an amazing design for us. She incorporated all of our desires and then some. We now have a beautiful gourmet kitchen that features a large island, storage and counterspace galore. We selected Kitchen Sales for our major kitchen renovation of our Downtown Knoxville loft after we had to make an unexpected change from a previous company that significantly messed up the project. Erin Bozdan was our salesperson at Kitchen Sales and she agreed to take on our project even with the many challenges that resulted from the previous company and was absolutely wonderful to deal with on a regular basis. She worked closely with us to modify the design while keeping some of the features that we really wanted as part of the kitchen. She spent a significant amount of her time ensuring the project could get back on track and completed in a reasonable time period. She was always very responsive and accommodated our changes throughout the process. Our installer, Roger and his crew, Chris and Mark were amazing. They also agreed to take on this project which required some additional work as a result of the issues caused from the previous company and were willing to work on this downtown project which has its own challenges for an installer. The quality of their work and attention to detail is exceptional. They also added some very nice finishing touches on their own that resulted in a beautiful finished product. Roger and his team were a pleasure to work with throughout the project. We highly recommend Erin at Kitchen Sales and the installation crew (Roger) for any major renovation project in your home. They were always very attentive and never made us feel like we were inconveniencing them in any way. Just very nice folks to work with and we absolutely love the finished kitchen. In remodeling a Kitchen you don't know what you don't know! We soon found our solution to our dilemma when we found Kitchen Sales and Gallery, more specifically Denise Honaker and her team! After many months of indecision Denise and her team went to work, asking all sorts of questions and understanding our lifestyle. In the end she came back with an absolutely amazing design. Our Kitchen is gorgeous, I find my wife just staring at the kitchen in total awe! We went to other so called kitchen design centers, but none hit the mark like Denise and Kitchen Sales. We recently completed an extensive kitchen renovation with the assistance of Designer Tina Holland. We chose Kitchen Sales solely because of Tina and her patient guidance and expertise. Unlike the representatives of other companies we considered, Tina provided a service, that of a conscientious partner motivated by customer satisfaction, achieved within budgetary constraints. We are not gifted designers…that isn’t our calling…but Tina is and her value, in addition to her creativity, is her ability to recognize and avoid costly mistakes.

I used Kitchen Sales for my kitchen cabinet replacement and countertops. Charlee was my designer that helped me and she was so amazing from beginning to end! She helped me design my kitchen to fit all my needs perfectly. She always responded quickly and took care of anything I needed in a timely manner with a smile on her face and so kind. Completed a new build with Angela helping me - and saving me from many mistakes. Communication was great even though I was out of town client. She found quality cabinets and created a design that stayed within my budget. We went through many preliminary plans before deciding on the final product. Our experience working with Kitchen Sales Designer Charlee helped us through each part of the process with patience and a wealth of knowledge. As this was the first time we have remodeled a kitchen, we were a bit nervous about the whole endeavor, but immediately felt at ease once the planning began. Charlee helped us select the perfect cabinets and countertop, then did a stellar job of redesigning a poorly arranged older kitchen design into a much more modern and functional kitchen. While I can't comment on their work because I didn't get that far, I can comment on their communication. Several weeks back, I visited the showroom, spoke a lady who gave me her email to send pics, which I did, and then I never heard back from anyone after one email saying lead times were one week. Lots of delays in this post pandemic world...

Showroom has a very wide selection. Charlee & Lindsey were awesome in helping us decide cabinet and countertop selections! They were both very knowledgeable and made great design recommendations.

Denise Honaker of Kitchen Sales helped me to achieve my dream kitchen and a beautiful fireplace surround. It is a great room setting, so it was nice to update both. I had some ideas and she listened to them and incorporated them into her design plan. What was great is that she added some things that were wonderful like a spice rack, and drawers on both sides of the stove that make getting pots and pans in and out so much easier. This kitchen is now beautiful but added to that is that it is also so much more useful and efficient. I love that we took out the elevated bar and created a beautiful peninsula around the sink with counter-height bar stools. The fireplace had floor tile in the surround and was very ugly. She suggested (and it was great!) that we put matching quartz that is in the kitchen around the surround. It is stunningly beautiful. Kitchen Sales is the THE place to have a dream kitchen installed and other projects. I plan on them doing the master bath soon and I am looking forward to it.

I have worked with Denise Honaker on two custom homes and have been thrilled with the results. Her designs are functional and beautiful. The installation crews have been top notch and worked easily with the general contractor. When people ask me about my kitchen I always give Denise a lot of credit and heartily recommend her for their project. As an architect, she is very knowledgeable about all phases of construction and has a sharp eye for detail. You're in good hands with Denise.

My experience working with Kitchen Sales and designer Denise Honaker was 5 star experience! She covered every detail and was always there to answer my questions via email, text, or call. A word of advice would be to PLEASE use Kitchen Sales installers. I allowed my GC to install all of our cabinets and they made significant oversights on the instal plans with the crown molding details. Lesson learned! Chester from Kitchen Sales made final drawer and door adjustments and he did a wonderful job! Thank you much Denise for my dream kitchen design!!

Hands down the best place to design and install your kitchen and bath. On my third project now and I am so happy with all the team members at Kitchen Sales(Tina Holland is my absolute favorite). No matter what your budget, you will be happy you used Kitchen Sales! Very competitive pricing with customer service you will not get anywhere else!

I had a project to add to my home's original kitchen in order to increase my surface working area and storage. Charlie Adams of Kitchen Sales helped choose a finish that was a complimentary match with my older existing kitchen, It was a perfect "add on" that blended with design of the rest of my house. Charlie periodically followed up in a thorough professional manner and evaluated the completed work and ensured that I was fully satisfied. The final product exceed my expectations. and I sincerely thank Charlie for her creative and diligent work.

Wonderful job doing my Kitchen remodel. The designer handled all the logistics from the tear out to the cabinet and countertop install. Also she sent one of Kitchen Sales sub contractors to my home to write an estimate for additional work needed. Very pleased with the outcome.

We had Kitchen Sales do a major remodeling of our kitch and we couldn't be happier. Angela was superb in her design accommodating all new appliances including under counter microwave, 36" stove, range hood, ice maker and beverage fridge. The layout was excellent and very efficient. Tom did a great job with the installation and even the backsplash installer commented he had never seen a job so level before. Clearly 5 stars by any measure. In early June, I spent 2.5 hours with one of the firm’s designers. I provided a copy of my plans, a draft layout of the kitchen, and pictures from my idea books. We walked through the kitchen layout in detail. She explained that two urgent projects had come in the last week and that would be a couple of weeks before she could address my project. I called to follow up at 5 weeks and received no response. Same at 6 weeks. A few days later, I got hold of the designer and was told she’d have something for me in the next week. It’s now week 10 and....nothing. Please, if you’re too busy to take on another project, tell me so up front. The lack of follow through does not bode well for the firm’s ability to execute.

Misti was great, she matched the color I was in love with, from a picture I brought her. Her design was great and she made it happen in our budget. I am so thrilled and would highly recommend Kitchen Sales and especially Misti.

They were fantastic to work with! I had no idea how I wanted to do our kitchen in the house we were building, I just saved a few Pinterest ideas and off we went. Mary Pat was fantastic to work with and showed me all the options in our budget. She helped us pair the perfect counter tops and accent color for the island. She even had the perfect hardware recommendations based on my style. When it came to the design process they were wonderful, and were very quick to fix any changes I requested. Thanks to kitchen sales we have the kitchen of my dreams!! We also got bathroom cabinets and countertops from them as well and they are just as beautiful! I cannot recommend this company enough!

I just completed a second kitchen remodel with Tina Holland at Kitchen Sales. The first kitchen was at a previous home, which we sold about a year after renovating the kitchen. Both remodels exceeded my expectations! During the first renovation, I started the project thinking the big box stores would be cheapest for cabinets. Joanna Gaines always has a small cabinet budget, so "why not?" I thought. I went into Kitchen Sales just to look at their selection of countertops and was sweetly approached by Tina, who offered assistance with my project. I told her we were going with Lowes because we didn't have a huge cabinet budget. Tina kindly told me that Kitchen Sales also does lower budget renovations. She quickly put together a quote based on the dimensions and layout I provided her. Her quote was $3000 less than our "cheap" cabinets from Lowes. AND the cabinets from Kitchen Sales were real wood, not just laminate covered particle board. Kitchen Sales was also $500 cheaper than the lowest price cabinets at Knox Rail Salvage, which totally won my husband over. Tina came to our home to do a final measure and was just the kindest person to work with. She didn't mind that our house is 60 years old or that our kitchen was a perpetual "construction zone". She didn't mind that we had a tiny budget or that the project wasn't huge. She treated us with kindness and attention to detail as if our cabinet budget was $20k+. In our second kitchen, (which is 87 years old!) Tina was again, so helpful, and didn't mind that she had to spend hours making the modern cabinet design fit in a tight space. With both purchases, the cabinets arrived promptly to the warehouse and they held them a week to reduce any crowding before our contractor started. The delivery guys were fast, careful and efficient in loading/stacking the cabinets in our home. I HIGHLY recommend working this company. Every single staff member I encountered were kind and helpful. As an aside, I walked into Dixie Kitchens and was not even acknowledged after walking around for 15 minutes. So glad I kept looking and found Kitchen Sales!

We were extremely satisfied with our experience with Kitchen Sales. In particular, we were so happy with our representative, Summer. This was our first home renovation project and we could not have been happier with Summer's patience and guidance throughout the project. Summer did a great job listening to our ideas while offering her expert advice along the way. We very much felt like our thoughts and input were used in the final design. Summer made countless trips to our house to make sure measurements were correct. She was quick to respond to any questions we had and her customer service consistently exceeded our expectations. That service extended long after our installation. She continues to be a valuable resource to us even a year after we moved into our new house. Summer Childress is an awesome decorator working at Kitchen Sales. She helped me plan and build a beautiful new kitchen that removed my old 80's cedar shake look and replaced it with a vibe fit for this millennium. She was professional, reliable, knowledgeable, and a credit to her profession. We started planning my new kitchen in June. The cedar shake, stupid corner, and lazy Susan had to go! She listened to me and incorporated all of my wish list that included pull out shelves and a pantry. She also recommend contacts to me for things Kitchen Sales does not supply, like flooring, lighting, and tile. Her best present to me was introducing me to Jim Newman, the contractor with Kitchen Innovations. He and his team of fellows were always prompt, professional, and meticulous. This whole experience has renewed my faith in contractors. The real work began October 3rd and was completed by Halloween! What? Done in less than a month? Yes, done beautifully in less than a month. It pleased me that unlike what you see on TV shows, my cabinets were removed carefully and I donated them to Habitat for Humanity. It was exciting that the pieces of the process from demolition to finish meshed so well. Thank you to everyone at Kitchen Sales, Kitchen Innovations, Broadway Carpets, Stokes Lighting, and The Tile Shop. It does in fact take a whole village to bring a superior result!

After finding my "inspiration photo" (see last photo) on Houzz.com I worked with Ben Lee with Kitchen Sales on remodeling my kitchen and I found them to be reasonable, very helpful and professional. I had a 1990 white kitchen which needed updating badly. The only thing remaining is installation of the 4x4 slate backsplash. I would definitely go to them again for another project.

When I initially visited the shop I was concerned that I would not be able to afford to use them. However, they were very straight-forward and assured me they had good cabinet lines that would suit my budget but allow me to design the kitchen that I wanted. The salesman/designer I worked with, Will, was a good listener and always accessible. He was able to expand my ideas into a beautiful kitchen while still keeping me close to budget.

Summer was wonderful, helping me with design and layout of my new kitchen. We chose appliances that went well with the kitchen design, however, I have not been happy with their performance. Summer worked with me by email and texting as much as possible, which was extremely helpful, since we live almost 2 hours from Knoxville.

Very nice and did the work as asked. The drawers came in the incorrect size but company reordered with no questions asked. The date was sometime in 2013.

Worked with Ben Lee an excellent designer. He is very knowledgeable skilled and patient . I will gladly give him 5 stars. The products we bought were excellent quality at reasonable prices. This company does not get 5 stars due to few mistakes made in ordering process for a kitchen remodel. . The people who actually made the cabinets seemed to have interpreted the orders incorrectly and delays ensued. Some delivery delays and errors occurred. However if you want a great designer and in the end great quality and good value this is the place to shop for cabinets. I had ordered one bathroom vanity prior to kitchen remodel . I had no complaints at all regarding that order.
