The Kitchens Direct team did a full cabinet replacement for me in May of 2019. They were precise, detailed, and excellent at their job. We needed to re-do the kitchen in order to list the house, so this was a project we were trying to execute quickly and with great care. This team was more than up to the challenge. Because we sourced all the materials for the kitchen (counter, appliance, etc.) ourselves, after the cabinets were installed there were gaps that we hadn't anticipated. I called KD up and let them know I could use their expertise/help in finishing the project completely, and they were happy to drop by with 2 days notice to ensure the kitchen was complete. On top of all of this, the rates we were quoted were incredibly fair and the best we saw. Highly recommended.

The team at Kitchens Direct did an excellent job on my kitchen renovation project. From planning and budgeting to permitting and construction and wrap up - they were engaged and working all the time. Like every project there were some challenges, but the team knew how to make adjustments and keep us on time and on budget. And I say "team" because it takes a team to get things right, people in the field working, people managing the process, people back at the office working with suppliers to sure it all comes together.

We had to get our kitchen redone. We wanted a local business. Kitchens direct did a great job. They were mindful of our budget and the end product is just beautiful. We would recommend them.

Kitchens Direct has done several remodeling projects for me. Each time, I was impressed with the level of professionalism and expertise that they demonstrated. Ron and Regina were wonderful to work with, listened to my concerns, and created living spaces that I love! I highly recommend them!

We hired this company based on the reviews on this website so I'm compelled to write my own review. We had a very different experience, Ron's employees were professional and the labor was fine but we found Ron to be difficult to work with. He often referred to the official contract until it didn't work in his favor as he forgot what we had specified. He was difficult to reach at times and even though we were specific with some of our requirements especially our floor he chose to do things his own way without consulting us. Ultimately we had to end our relationship with this company halfway through the project and finished with another contractor due to our inability to work with the owner.

I hired Kitchen Direct for my kitchen, master bathroom, and mudroom remodeling before we moved in to the house, they have done a wonderful job for me! From the start, Ron & Regina worked closely with me to make sure the project stay within my budget, and they provided me honest opinions and suggestions to help me make my decisions. During the construction, they responded quickly to my questions and concerns. They did a wonderful job coordinating with all the parties that were involved, like carpenters, electrician, plumbers, so the project went smoothly. They were also very good at keeping me informed about the status of the project, so I have a clear idea when I could arrange moving. Alycia worked wonders with the billing process, she provided me detailed invoices so I am really clear about where the money went. Also, a special thanks to Darius and Robert, they were very good at what they do, and the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom came out great!

Ron and Regina at Kitchens Direct were incredible to work with on our kitchen remodel. We looked at a number of places and felt pressured to pay more for less. The Kitchen direct team not only gave us a quote that was fair; the team that did the work was professional and efficient. They finished the project on time and on budget. They even did some custom work creating a pantry where one did not exist before. Beautiful job and a very satisfied customer. Would highly recommend putting Kitchens Direct on your short list.

Extremely pleased with Kitchens Direct. Ron and his staff are extremely professional, courteous and responsive. Their attention to detail throughout the process made me very happy. This was the second project they did in my house and I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

It was a pleasure working with Ron and his team at Kitchen's Direct. He was very attentive to our wants/needs and responsive when problems arose with good solutions to fix them. The end result was to our liking and within our budget. Allowances for certain items could have been 'expanded' but overall the pricing and installation went smoothly. Subcontractors chosen were also professional and easy to work with.

The workers are proficient, friendly and very clean. The job was performed on time and very satisfactorily and within specified time limits. Workers showed on time and left my home as they found it each day.

We explored numerous other contractors but found that Ron at Kitchens Direct was the most open to our ideas for our kitchen design. He was honest and direct about pricing and extremely competent in his direction on all aspects of the kitchen. We moved every appliance, pipes, and even took down a wall. We absolutely love the results!! And, over 2 years later Ron came out to fix a broken cabinet (complements of our 3 year old). I would highly recommend Kitchens Direct.

I am so glad we went to Kitchens Direct for our kitchen remodel. Ron and Regina were thorough and patient when designing our kitchen. Regina let me know every step of the way if I was going over budget. Ron was amazingly patient and accommodating with changes we made. Workers were professional and respectful of our home. Our kitchen is beautiful. This project was stress free and all I hope for. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Kitchens Direct.
