My wife and I did a kitchen remodel with K&M Building. Matt was very professional and helpful throughout the entire project. He came to our house a couple of times to take measurement and worked with us on the kitchen layout before we signed a contract. Matt provided us written cost estimates for a few different layout alternatives so we could make an informed decision about the best option for our budget. He took the time to explain the remodeling process before he started so we new what to expect during construction. Most importantly, Matt performed the work on budget and on schedule. He put up plastic to protect the rest of the house during construction. He was very good at pushing subcontractor and would ask them to come back for little things that we didn't even notice. We are very happy with our kitchen and have not had any issues. Thanks Matt.

I worked with Matt Normandin to complete a bathroom remodel and replace trim on the first floor of our house. From the start, Matt had excellent communication skills and follow through with us. Matt did the majority of the work and coordinated with tile, plumbing and electric. His pricing was fair and came in right where I had projected. Work was completed timely with high quality. There were some unforeseen circumstances with a concrete reinforced shower from the 1960's (who does that?) and Matt took it in stride. We are so happy with our bright new bathroom and the trim has helped update our house.

K & M Remodeling did a wonderful job when remodeling our bathroom. The job was done in the time frame that was promised. The work was done in a very clean, professional and non disruptive manner. Matt gave us great advice because he has knowledge and experience in remodeling. All the contractors were very friendly and helpful. I definitely would hire K&M Remodeling again.

I interviewed several remodeling professionals before choosing K&M 2 years ago. Since then Matt has remodeled 2 of our bathrooms and painted the interior of another house we maintain. K&M is lined up to redo our front steps and then begin a replacement window project for our main residence. I would not have continued a relationship with Matt if the quality and price did not meet our expectations. K&M is definitely one of the best contractor resources in the area!

I had an excellent experience with K & M, had an 80's bathroom transformed. Matt was very professional and friendly, arrived when he said he would and finished on time. What really sets them apart from other contractors I've worked with in the past was the ease of communication. My ideas and requests were listened to respectfully, and I was always well informed and knew what to expect. K & M did a bathroom reno for us. Matthew removed old vanity and top, tile backsplash. Primed and skimmed wall to prep for painting and cabinet install. Supplied and installed new vanity, double bowel cultural marble top with backsplash. Also disposed of all garbage. Excellent craftsman, neat and pleasant to work with. Performs quality work at very competitive pricing.

K&M Building and Remodeling, LLC constructed our 28 x 30 deck for our new above ground pool. Matt, the owner, met with me and took the time to instruct me on how, exactly, the construction would take place, the items that needed to be in place in order to properly pass the town inspection the first time and even provided ideas to make the project better looking and cost less. He and his partner were great to have on our property for the week as they were very professional, patient and hard working. I would recommend them to anyone out there looking for a professional contractor which is very hard to find these days...
