This is the first time that I have used Morrison Building and Remodeling but it certainly won't be the last. His proposal was very competitive with the other companies I looked at. I was immediately impressed with Keith's professionalism and his knowledge. He understood what I wanted done and he knew how to accomplish it. He and his crew showed up at the time they said they would and at the end of the day you would not know that a construction site had been there. Everything was picked up cleaned up. He completed the job in less time than I expected and the end result (a new porch) was beyond my expectations.

We have engaged Morrison Building & Remodeling, Inc. over the past twenty years which indicates our complete confidence in the quality of their professionalism and work. We continue to have complete confidence in Morrison Building.

The first project Keith did for us was in 1997. He extended our small living room into a spacious room with a vaulted ceiling. His attention to detail was fantastic, the work habits for him and his crew were outstanding. If Keith said he'd be there at 7am, he was there at 7am! We then used Keith to renovate our outdated breezeway, dig a trench in the front yard to lay drainage pipes (we no longer have water in our cellar!!), and then he added on 2 rooms to our ranch. Finally we had him completely renovate our kitchen this year. All of his jobs were handled professionally and he came back several times after the jobs were completed to make sure we were happy with the work. He's the only one contractor we trust - which is difficult to find these days. 17 years and counting...

When we decided to give our master bath a much needed update, we did not know where to begin. Keith Morrison came to our home to see the project & to give us an estimate. He worked along with us and listened to our ideas. We especially appreciated his input which helped us to avoid design mistakes that we would have regretted later. When an issue came up with the shower surround, Keith worked with the distributor to solve the problem. Even with the delay, our project was completed on time. We love the final result! Keith's knowledge and experience in the construction business is extensive. His attention to detail is excellent. Keith, along with his foreman Al, and Chris, all work together as a team with the subcontractors on the job. You can be confident that any subcontractor on a Morrison Construction project is very experienced and professional. The end result of the project will be of the highest quality & workmanship. Our next project will be the renovation of our kitchen. Keith has already helped us to com;lete the first phase.

We have hired Morrison Building and Remodeling for several projects ranging from a full bathroom remodel to a bedroom molding and door installation. We have been impressed with both the expertise and skill of Morrison B&R and their attention to detail. In all instances Morrison B&R finished the job within the time frame and budget that they quoted. We are happy to have found a contractor that we can depend on to provide quality work at a reasonable price and are planning several future projects with Morrison Building and Remodeling.

Hi, Morrison Building & Remodeling came to our 1840 house to install new windows. Came out and measured twice before installing windows. With the old house not being plum or square the job was not an easy task. The work was done professionally and with attention to detail in keeping with integrity of the existing woodwork. At the end of each day the house was cleaner than before they got here. The windows look great and add much value to our house. Not to mention the saving on heating.
