Our blueprints that guide our projects are available for your viewing at all times during the construction project. Kona Contractors just finished a huge new deck for me. They demo’d a large 1980’s deck and made a more modern design. It turned out gorgeous. They steered me in the right direction for my finish choices and I chose a medium tone composite decking with modern horizontal metal railings with integrated lighting. Awesome crew that was super friendly as well! Great job updating with photos of progress. Can’t wait for many years of use on my beautiful deck!

The team at Kona recently completed the construction of a new raised paver patio, pergola, privacy screen and fire pit at our home. We were impressed with their responsiveness, agility and the quality of the work. Billing was clear and project timelines were generally met despite a difficult winter and one supply chain issue. Without question we would contract with them again…if only they built garage additions we already would have.

We utilized Kona Construction for a large backyard extension; including a roof, patio, fireplace, grill island and fire pit. The team was amazing! Very professional and completely responsive throughout the process.

Kona did a great job building our new deck. High quality, attention to detail, and the entire Kona team was responsive. We received 4 proposals and Kona provided the best value. Kona also offered us the option for a free upgrade to metal framing and stair/deck lighting. I highly recommend the Kona team!

We had a fantastic experience with Kona. We hired them to demo our existing deck and retaining wall and replace it with a stamped concrete patio, new stone retaining wall, and grill island. We were impressed by their communication, timeliness, and the quality of work. They were quick to answer questions and address any concerns we had. We’re very happy with the result!

Kona built us a patio cover over our existing deck. They were easy to work with, communicated well through out the whole project and did quality work. We are really happy with our patio cover. We would use Kona again.
