Lange and Krause did an excellent job on our home addition. They were very professional and completed on time and on budget. I would certainly use them again.

I have worked with Chris Lange for three years, completing from-scratch a loft apartment residence and two other home bathroom remodels. I would not consider using any other builder. Chris worked with me from blueprints to final product. Everything was on time and on budget. He handled all interfaces with architect and sub-contractors, keeping me apprised of schedule or product changes so there was no guessing what would happen on site on any given day. We reviewed costs several times a month. There were no surprises. The quality was superior. I receive many compliments on the renovations. Bringing the diverse aspects of the projects together in a professional manner is Chris's forte. Five stars!

Hiring Lange Kraus Design + Build was definitely an asset for us for our kitchen renovation. Chris was very knowledgeable and worked very hard to achieve what we wanted on our wish list. He provided us with a detailed budget, item by item, which made it easy to adjust when selecting a few higher-end items. We appreciated that his numbers were accurate and when we received an invoice there were no surprises; he even attached receipts of items he purchased on our behalf. We were impressed that the tradesmen/subcontractors were also very knowledgeable and professional, and arrived on time every day; we never wondered if or when they would show up. Everyone was very easy and pleasant to work with and had a great attitude, even when asked for clarification. We would definitely hire Lange Kraus Design + Build in the future, should the occasion arise. No regrets!
