Wow! Did I hit the jackpot. Met Jeanine to assist with bathroom remodel. Fantastic job! She is extremely gifted and talented in her design, kind, trustworthy and efficient. We are happy KSI customers!! We fell in love with a cute little home that will be our forever home. It only had one small problem...the kitchen. It was old, outdated, and poorly designed but we had a vision, a modest budget and recommendations from two co-workers that KSI was the company to call. KSI has not disappointed! From working with our designer Brianna to our contractor Tim we have felt our job was a priority. The design captured our vision perfectly and the craftsmanship is impeccable! Thank you KSI for giving us more than we envisioned.

We could not be more pleased with our master bathroom makeover. We absolutely love it! During our initial meeting with Lisa Huckabaa, who is an awesome designer, we knew we would be in good hands to plan and build the bathroom of our dreams. I can't say enough good about the whole experience. From Lisa to our construction teams, everyone we encountered was professional and thoughtful of our experience. Way to go KSI, we love our bathroom!

I decided to go to KSI because I knew they would be able to plan, order and work with me to design my dream kitchen. I met with Lisa H. and she was wonderful. Measured perfectly, gave me great ideas to get the most space for my kitchen. Everything was ordered and delivered as scheduled! Not one problem!! I would use KSI again for my next project! We’ve now completed two projects with KSI and our experience has been nothing less than exceptional. Our expectations were exceeded from design through completion on both a full bathroom and kitchen renovation. Brianna, our designer, is both personable and professional. She is very knowledgeable and truly understands her trade. She was able to key into our vision and ultimate objectives. The existing structure presented design challenges including narrow dimensions, numerous entry points, and awkward soffits. Brianna was able to identify workarounds for each of these challenges. She was extremely helpful in choosing materials, colors, etc. We remain most impressed with her abilities. Greg, the primary contractor, is also personable and professional. During the entire process, he kept us apprised while addressing any questions we might have had. Greg and Brianna collaborated from the design phase through completion of both projects. A thorough assessment was completed at the onset, eliminating any hidden surprises. Greg is a craftsman who clearly takes pride in his work. He and his team are extremely efficient. All work completed was of the highest quality. Both projects stuck to and in fact exceeded established timelines. We couldn’t have been more satisfied with the outcome. You don’t always get what you pay for, but we certainly did here. Bottom line, KSI has earned a review worthy of our highest rating/recommendation. So high in fact, that we’ve decided to move forward in renovating an additional half bath. Thanks to all involved.

KSI and Tom Fisher did a great job for us. We have two beautiful kitchens in our home and a great bar for socializing. Tom was excellent to work with and took a personal interest in our project. He made many great recommendations - helping to enhance ideas we had and keeping us away from things he knew would not be right for us. His experience and his design expertise really make the difference when you work on the kitchen which is likely to be the most important and multi-functional room in your home. There were some bumps in the road as there are with any building process. You have to have some patience as every supplier/vendor in the chain is very busy these days - but the final project was worth the time.

I have used Joe on several home improvement projects and did not hesitate to recommend him to other friends. He is very professional and really worked with us to get the best room layout and cabinetry. We were so pleased with the results and quality. Any problems were handled immediately and to our satisfaction.

Our experience with KSI was a amazing. Our designer, Brooke Schall, made remodeling our master bathroom a great experience. She was there anytime we needed her and was always checking in on the workers to see how everything was going along the way. The contractor and his team were all very professional and made sure the job was done right and if I wasn't happy with something, no questions they fixed it. From Brooke to the Contractor to the workers, I feel, they all gave 150%. I would use them again and I would highly recommend them.

This is our third project with KSI. we have remodeled our kitchen and 3 bathrooms. We are very happy with the results. From design to vdelivery and installation everone we worked with was terrific.

Caitlin was a big help in our kitchen remodel in assisting us with our selections when our designer was not available. She is professional and very friendly!

My husband and I worked with Brianna from the Livonia showroom and were amazed at the plan she came up with. She was very patient with us, as we kept changing our minds and finally after 6 months and 3 different designs we found the one we loved. Our kitchen was a complete gut.
