Ken Marsh, Kyle's father built my house when I moved to Spokane in 1993. He was knowledgeable, a great communicator and easy to work with. Kyle is now carrying on the tradition. Kyle is more than a contractor; he is a meticulous builder. After being in the homebuilding business his entire life his knowledge is incredible. He has great vision and understands how to analyze a situation and build it. One of the things we most appreciate is " Kyle does not cut corners and will not do a job any way but perfect." He has subcontractors, some of them who have worked with him for more than 25 years, that he communicates well with. About 5 years ago Kyle remodeled the entire interior of our current house in Nine Mile Falls. This remodel included raising the ceiling, new doors, custom bookcases and beautiful trim work. At the present time he is finishing a large, covered patio for us. It is amazing. If you are looking for a contractor to build you a new home or remodel an existing one, call Kyle. One caveat. If you're looking for cheap and fast Kyle is not your guy. If you want the highest quality and are willing to pay a reasonable price, you can't find a better contractor. Kyle and his team are one of the most trustworthy and honest builders out there. When we originally had our house built in 2012-2013 it was done by Ken Marsh Construction and Kyle was working with his dad at the time and the entire build was exceptional in every way. So, when it came time that we wanted to do a large improvement and upgrade to the house there was no question in our mind who the right builder was going to be and that was Kyle and his team. The work they do has always been high quality.

We’ve had previous contractors work on our house & Kyle was by far the easiest, smoothest experience we’ve had to date. He showed up and/or called when expected, he was easy to work with on the contract and pricing, the subs he sent were the best & we enjoyed all of them, plus they all did excellent work. In general the pricing was reasonable, the timeline was reasonable & work was excellent.

Kyle and his team recently remodeled our interior and we couldn’t be more pleased with the process and the results. We had our first meeting with Kyle in the fall of 2024. He took the time to listen to our ideas, offered suggestions, and gave us an overview of the process and ballpark expenses. No pressure, no sales pitches, it really felt like we were all in it for a successful and fun collaboration. Fast forward a few months later, once we had our finishes picked out, demo started with meticulous floor and surface covering. Not a fun process but the guys were extremely considerate of our family, especially with my wife working from home and being on video calls most of the day. From that point on, we got to work with a bunch of terrific subs who take pride in their work and were great to have around. Throughout the process, Kyle was extremely communicative and responded to our texts right away. He would always keep us informed of the schedule ahead and would frequently stop by to give pointers to his subs and check out the completed work. Kyle was also great at addressing unforeseen circumstances or changes of plans. His experience, reputation, and connections allowed him to jump from plan A to plan B quickly, and without ever stressing us. Throughout the process, we felt we were in the best possible hands. We can now enjoy our beautiful interior, although we miss having the guys around. We’re planning on working with Kyle on our exterior and highly recommend him to anyone thinking of building or remodeling their home.

We initially interviewed 4 recommended, high-end builders in Spokane County for our project. We clicked with Kyle right from the start, as he is an honest, no-nonsense, family oriented guy, with a sense of humor and an ability to navigate difficult conversations with poise and respect. He took the time to review our plans and make suggestions on how we could (try to) stay within budget. His deep experience was instrumental in the hundreds of decisions that we needed to make on a weekly basis, and he worked seamlessly with our architect, engineer and designer/decorator throughout the project. As most decisions will depend upon cost variables and budgets, Kyle was always ready with an educated, rough estimate for each choice, simplifying the process tremendously. He would also give us a list of items that were coming up, along with contacts at each vendor, so we could get started on our selections before he needed them, making sure he had everything he needed when he needed it. There are going to be issues along the way. Every time we found a discrepancy or had a question about something, Kyle would either explain the details of why something was done a certain way, or fix it. We had a fairly significant framing issue early on that he acknowledged, investigated, took ownership of, and corrected at no cost. We couldn’t be happier with our new home and have already recommended Kyle to several people looking to build or remodel. Kyle (and his team) were very conscientious, responsive and overall had excellent subs that performed the work. We are extremely happy with our house and the quality of work that was done. While there were a few instances where we wished Kyle had given us his advice/recommendation on some of the design details, we also understand why he didn’t want to over influence our decisions. We spent a lot of time researching a contractor to use and read/heard of many horror stories/ bad experiences that others went through. We are happy to say that none of that occurred with Kyle and we highly recommend him as a contractor.
