Building your dream house is exciting when working with Lou Nigro of LA Homes and his associate Lisza Coffey of Coffey & Co. They carefully listen to what's important and patiently create a plan for a unique home that will gives its owner years and years of pleasure. It's been more than six years since Lou handed us the keys to our home. We still wake up each day to beautiful surroundings and feel like we are on vacation. Lou and Lisza walked our building site before starting design. They envisioned how our home would fit the land. They envisioned how natural light and views would surround us with beauty every day. Then they patiently listened to how we lived our lives and what was important to us. Lisza advised on colors, patterns, materials, room layouts. Both Lou and Lisza's expertise made our part in the construction process simple and pleasurable. Would we recommend Lou and Lisza? Absolutely! Would we build another home with Lou and Lisza? Absolutely - but not right now! We are too happy in our present home.

We designed our home and prior to building, we researched and followed many builders and decorators for several years. We decided on LA Home Builders to build our home. To this day there is no question it was an excellent decision. Our home was built to our high expectations and standards from the functionality, workmanship and decore. We had also followed Lisza Coffey for years and had choosen her as well for our home. It was a bonus to find they worked together! The design and construction process went extremly smooth. We worked directly with Lisza and Lou on all aspects of the job. As our home is now over 10 years old I can attest that the construction and design has held the test of time. Our corners are still matched exactly and there has been very little issues with the home. Any issues we've had, even if they dealt with regular maintenance issues, Lou has been there to offer assistance, his services or his subs information. We entrusted Lou with building our home and recommend him extensively. We consider him as well as Lisza friends and even though I love my home and want to stay in it forever, if I had to do it again, there would be no question that I would use Lou and Lisza.

Lou and I have worked together for the last 17 years. It really started as a fluke. I was a fledgling designer assigned to do a show house with him. Our styles meshed instantly. Our first venture was a sucess and from that several clients asked us to collaborate on their custom homes. It happened again and again. Finally, WE realized what a great team we had become and began designing spec homes, show houses and custom homes and commercial spaces. Myself and my team are fortunate to be able to work for a builder with such vision and diligence in creating amazing spaces. He allows us to design great things and brings together a team of craftsman that can accomplish the goal. He brings to the table something I have not seen many builders do over the years, a desire to create a truly custom home for each individual family, in their budget, and on time. Lou supervises each project personally and meets with the clients at all construction meetings. His craftsman are the best. I would recommend LA homebuilders to anyone in Lincoln, Ne and the surrounding areas who is looking to build a custom home.

We had LA Home Builders design and build our current home. It was a significant project for us and we knew this would be the house we would be in for years to come so we wanted to make sure it was done right. We had visited some of LA's other homes and were impressed with the workmanship, design and decore of the homes. We especially liked the fact that LA Home came with the services of Coffey & Co. interior designs. The design and construction process went extremly smooth and both Lou Nigro of LA Home and Lisza Coffey of Coffey & Co. were very attentive to every detail. I also liked the fact that we always dealt directly with Lou...we were never pushed off to employees or subcontractors. The final product was just what we wanted and expected. "Punch list" items were minimal, and all of those items were promptly attended to by Lou. As stated, this was a big project for my family and there was never a time that I felt frustrated or concerned about the construction process and LA Home's committment to us. Lou was honest and dependable and I would use LA Home Builders again in a heartbeat.
