I'm so glad that we went with RL Remodeling of our First Home. To us, this is a pretty big project. We have remodeled the entire three-bedroom, two-bathroom floor, walls, kitchen, you name it. Our Project Manager, Dolev, is a true professional. He paid attention to lots of details. He communicates effectively to us, especially as a new homeowner, a lot of questions that sound very basic, but Dolev has the patience to explain to us everything that we need to know. That's a huge plus for somebody like me. I feel like I have to know a lot of things before we can make a right decision. The project, even though we add a few things along the way, is still complete on time, and we couldn't be happier with the result. I will recommend Dolev and his company to anyone who's looking to have a reputable professional contractor take on their home improvement project.

Perhaps a few years ago they were good. Very unprofessional, when solving issues you bring up, they make things worse, and just disrespectful all the way around. Contractor redirects us to call main office. We call main office and the woman was extremely rude. Hung up on me, when she didn’t bother to inquire what the call was regarding or ask for clarification. Then when we provided the name, all of a sudden, the woman asks” do we have a customer by the name of [customers name and last name].” The company claims they used quality material for the job, yet our bathroom is slowly deteriorating (it’s only been four months since they completed the job). Beware, please. If you do go with this company. Make sure you ask questions. Don’t make the mistakes we made.

RL Remodeling did a major remodel for my 80-year-old mom, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. They were super responsive, thorough, and really kind and patient with her the whole way through. I was there for a lot of the meetings, and they always took the time to explain things clearly and paid attention to all the little details. They handled all the city-related stuff and any issues that came up very professionally, which took a lot of stress off our plate. The pricing came in as quoted, and any time we asked for something, they followed through the first time, so we never had to chase them or remind them. The crews they sent out were all great — clean, respectful, and they got the job done without a lot of drama or mess. Special shout-out to Kfir and Meirav — they were SO fun and easy to work with, which made a big project feel much less overwhelming. As a daughter, it meant a lot to see how respectfully they treated my mom, and as a homeowner, I really appreciated how responsive and reliable they were. We hired RL Remodeling to complete our basement renovation, taking it from a dark and dingy unfinished space to a bright and welcoming in-law suite. They did a fantastic job and far exceeded our expectations. Our project manager Kfir and project coordinator Meirav were professional, friendly, and very responsive throughout the whole process. Two minor issues came up during the renovation process and both Kfir and Meirav were quick to respond with options of how to address the issues. The crew that worked on the space were also excellent. They showed up on time every day, which resulted in the project wrapping up about a week early. We have plans to do further renovations in the future and we already plan to go back to RL Remodeling to get the job done.

Finding a contractor can be a somewhat intimidating venture. Upon viewing the website for RL Remodeling, I was engaged and ready to proceed with my kitchen remodel. Once I made the call I was greeted with kindness and professionalism and quickly booked an appointment. Had a great experience with R&L! They did beautiful work and did so on time. Alon, my project manager, not only made the experience easy, but was a great person to bounce ideas off!

I have enlisted the services of RL Remodeling since 2020 for different projects with the most recent being bathroom remodeling. Alon was our project manager and he guided me throughout the whole process, arranging all sub contractor specialists (electricial, plumber, tile installer, glass installer, etc). The project took a little over a month and we absolutely LOVE the end product. His whole team moved extremely fast to complete the project within our timeline.
