Im the President of a Utah custom home company named Vuu Homes. I've worked with Blair at Landforms on several occasions and have found him to be an exceptional home designer. He brings unique experience to his plans in that he was a former framer for 15 years which brings an extremely unique and exceptionally valuable bank of knowledge to your design. It essentially gives him a really unique ability to plan a house minimizing waste and expensive GLB and steel fabrication. These items can save you literally 10's of thousands of dollars. He's exceptionally talented and very knowledgeable in drawing a great plan. I've always found him to be honest and has a lot of character. He is well known in the industry for designing beautiful homes. I would refer clients to him any time and feel confident that he would build a wonderful plan and create a great experience for my clients. I've not had the opportunity to work together recently but will absolutely do so again and look forward to it. After building 1200 homes in my career, I've become rather picky about the companies I hire to draw my plans as they are on the front line of the job. Blair has never let me down and I've always appreciated his well thought out floor plans and how they flow. If your looking to draw a quality plan for a fair price, you would be doing yourself a disservice not giving Blair a chance to visit and to show you his capabilities. He's designed some incredibly cool modern parade homes that will blow your mind.
